Te venden una habitación en la publicidad que no existe, además hacen el cobro a tu tarjeta cuando claramente en la reservación te aclaran que no se hará el cargo hasta el check in.

Near the beach and supermarkets, but do not expect too much

There's a supermarket and a souvenirs fair near the hotel, and many restaurants. It is near the "Principal beach", but be aware that to go is a way down the street, and to go back to hotel, it will become a heavy uphill! The hotel view is really nice, but only from the 3-4 floor (the ones above the second pool). If you are not staying at those rooms, you can go there to take pictures.

Parking lot is really small, and it seems that they also rent spaces to some telephony companies, as I could see many cars with stairs parked there (including at night, when I was back from visiting places, and there's no place to park my own car). This made me to park on the street, so be aware. There are little things in the hotel can bring us attention, like some lack of care; many visible cables, something that is easier and cheaper to fix, and can bring more value to the hotel.

Buena pero podría ser mejor

Me gustó lo céntrico que estaba, todo el tiempo hubo agua caliente en la regadera

No me gustó que encontré dos cucarachas pequeñas caminando en mi habitación, cuando llegué no me habían dejado papel higiénico ni toallas, tuve que pedirlo y me las dieron muy tarde. El agua de la alberca tenía demasiado cloro que me afectó en la cara e inclusive al secarme las toallas tenían el ahora impregnado de cloro

Unforfortable & shabby but spacious

- Close to ADO bus station - Big room& hot water - Luxury soap - Luxury toilet paper

Room 104 - very uncomfortable pillows, lost 30% of my neck mobility in one night - very uncomfortable mattress, put on a block of concrete (!!) - noisy, room just above a street - balcony: no chairs and no railing (!) - generally shabby

No tenían Internet y tuve que pagar en efectivo la habitación esta vieja y el baño igual al igual en la reserva pedí con balcón y me dieron sin balcon

Hotel con buena vista al mar pero con incomodidades

Buena ubicación enfrente de la estación ADO

El hotel está en remodelación, lo que ocasiona molestias. La parte exterior no tiene banqueta y se abrían unas zanjas muy peligrosas durante la noche. Tampoco cuentan con reglamento para regular el horario de reuniones con música, por lo que era muy molesto los decibeles tan altos de aparatos musicales que se tocaban en el área de la alberca. No fue posible descansar ni relajarse ante un ruido tan invasivo.

The staff mostly spoke English. Walking distance to beach.

I booked this place based on the many positive reviews. But I left disappointed. Room service got my order wrong several times. I had to send back food multiple times. It was disappointing considering this is supposed to be a luxury hotel.

Handy for the bus terminal

Comfortable, clean, spacious , helpful staff. just across the road from the bus terminal.

so many flights of stairs. the hotel seams to have deal with a bus company, which fills the swimming pools every night.

Superb

The rooms were beautiful and spacious (we had the king suite) and the view was incredible!! Rooms cleaned every day with new water and the staff were so helpful and friendly too! Good pool

We preferred the area of Zicatela and la Punta as younger people travelling but the hotel was great and close to the beach for whale watching.

Great place to stay in Puerto Escondido.

Spacious, clean rooms. Two big swimming pools. Staff is nice and accommodating. Close to everything - beaches, restaurants, bars, shops.

It’s a good stay for an adequate price, don’t expect much comfort if you’re looking for mostly value.

The ocean view, and overall location close to most things around town.

Access to the rooms required a lot of stairs (to heaven), the access to the parking lot was confusing and did not connect with the hotel (required going in & out of the street), and there was quite some smell to pets’ poop & pee. We had a hammock and they took it from the room the 1st morning with no reason and didn’t bring it back.

The should have somewhere written how much the fee is for late check out. I think because we are American they overcharged us the late fee.. I paid almost 3/4 of what I had paid to stay there for being late on checking out ..

Superb

Good location with an ocean view. Close to beaches, town and the highway. Clean and well kept. The 2 pools are very nice. It's obviously a family run place. They were very accommodating. They moved rooms for us when we requested it. The first room was very hot and right above a yard filled with roosters. They moved us to a more shaded room farther from the early morning noise. Would definitely stay here, again.

Lots of stairs, no elevator. We booked to best room, and it was very nice, but no microwave to go with the fridge.

If you book a room here, good luck my friend. The worst idea I’ve ever had.

Everything was atrocious. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a “hotel” in my whole life.

Everyone here is a rude, mean person. The rooms are disgusting.

Lovely hotel.

the big room, the bed, the pool, the view, the great cleaning every day. The location wasnt exactly in the centre but was near 4 restaurants and short walk to the seafront.

No glasses in the room and hotel couldnt provide any.

Very good

Rooms are spacious and clean. 2 very nice pools. The view was far nice we were on The top level.

No closet. Space or space for ameneties in the bathroom putting my body soap in the shower floor is not an option for me or my cosmetics on top of toilet. Curtains are very thin and sun comes in at 7am no sleeping in. No elevator our room was on top level 4th floor. The stairs are small and carrying our suitcases up and down was a pill. No room service.
