Très bon séjour

Le personnel de l'établissement est très disponible et super gentil. Nous ne sommes pas lusophones, ils nous ont été à commander des taxis à chaque fois que nous allions en ville. L'hotel est situé dans un nouveau quartier, il n'y a pas grand chose à coté mais Praia est une petite ville donc on accède facilement au centre ville en quelques minutes. Il y a une piscine sur le toit terrasse. La chambre est grande et confortable.

Le petit déjeuner : il n'était pas bien fourni et ça dépendait des jours. Il fallait demander des produits de base comme le sucre par exemple. La cuisine de l'hotel n'est pas top, on mange mieux dehors et beaucoup moins cher.

Being a guest in Hotel Happy day was a lovely experience.

We felt welcomed and relaxed during our stay in Praia thanks to our great experience at the Hotel Happy Day. The room was very clean with a nice balcony. AC, Wifi, Airportshuttle it all worked as stated on the Internet. The breakfast was very delicious. The staff is friendly and really flexible and so will provide you with help and tips for any situation. We would book this Hotel all over again. Vielen Dank Hotel Happy Day!

Awesome !

I had an overnight stay in Praia , it was my first time . The staff was amazingly nice and polite . Food was amazing !

They forgot to pick me up at the airport , but once I called they immediately came back .

although there were few things that we were not expecting, there were also a lots of things that we really enjoyed and w

the bedroom was nice, fresh and comfortable. the cleaning of bathroom and changing totals daily. having swimming pool to enjoy. we were happy with the staffs whom were friendly and attentive with our requests as much they could.

The lockers on the bedroom to leave our documents wasn’t working, no facilities around,like caffe, restaurants. very limited the varieties of food at breakfast, no toasters, no microwave.

Danger property not properly maintain. It is a hazard!!

The staff was great and friendly.

I injured my self on their property. The property was unkept and maintenance was failing. I fell thru the roof plank that was not fastened.

Very happy.

It was light and airy and had all the facilities you would expect. The roof top sun terrace and pool are excellent features with good views. Located a few kilometres out of the city centre, it was almost tranquil at times so a great place for recharging the batteries. Leave the hotel and get to the nearby lower road and it won’t be long before a taxi offers its services or, if you want to meet people, you can jump on a number 12 bus for a ten or fifteen minute ride to the city centre for only 43 escudos!

Very, very happy!

I initially booked for seven nights but within only a couple of days decided I liked the hotel so much I extended my stay by a further twelve. I have reviewed the property separately so here I pay tribute to the staff, upon whom, regardless of how good the facilities, no hotel can be anything other than ordinary. What impressed me with this hotel is not only how remarkably helpful they were but that they all were always so cheerful. Not just the fixed smile that is compulsory for working in hospitality, but genuine and sincere and not just for the benefit of guests. I could often here them talking - and not fooling around - but laughing and genuinely happy with each other. The atmosphere they created meant it was a joy to be in their workplace! I hope I will be able to return one day.

Superb

The entire staff was very welcoming, despite the language barrier (that was overcame as they all speak english), they gave me great advice that made my trip way better! The hotel is a nice establishment, very clean and quiet. Despite being a little excentrated it is still very accessible; one can take the bus 12 and get to the city center within 20min for only 43 CVE, and taxis drive nearby at a high frequence.

The staff made our stay!

The staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

It's a little way from the beach but you can easily and cheaply get about by taxi.

I really wanted to write a nice comments but unfortunately the day before I left my AirPods got stolen from my bag in the room !
