Departo muy sucio. Lavamanos tapado. Cubierto sucio. Vasos y copas con grasa. Baño y cocina sucios. Toallas manchadas, sucias. Poca cortesía y falta de empatía del anfitrión.

Lamentablemente fue imposible descansar

Fue imposible descansar.- Toda la noche hubo tránsito de personas en el pasillo y se escuchaba como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación. Se quedó gente conversando y discutiendo hasta las 09:00 am. Muy mala experiencia en ese sentido.

La ubicacion.

Encontré de muy mal gusto que, como parte del servicio, haya un tarro de café con un restito solamente que le quedaba. Las copas estaban mal lavadas y, cuandonlas lavé para ociparlas, menpercaté que no había con qué secarlas. Al momento de reservar, no había información clara sobre la carencia de toallas.

En general, cómodo, salvo por los ruidos desde el piso mecánico y vecinos.

Todo ordenado y limpio, cuenta con cortesía de cafe, azucar, té, útiles de aseo, y toallas del depto. Cuenta con tecnología domótica para ingresar al depto y al edificio, por lo que hace más práctico el control.

demasiados ruidos desde el piso mecánico del edificio, sala de calderas, Extraccion, etc, descargas y ventilacion, sobre los 35db. además hay una división de Tabiquería con el departamento contiguo, por lo que se escuchan los ruidos de los otros huéspedes. Para personas con sueño ligero, no es recomendable.

La ubicación y comodidad del departamento, tenia de todo lo necesario y una hermosa vista

Comodidad cercano a todo Sistema fácil de entrada con código QR pequeño estudio pero muy cómodo Precio-calidad Shampoo, toallas y secador de pelo

Es 2da ves que arrendamos y esta vez nos decepcionamos un poco... No habían tazas ni copas para 2 personas y faltaban elementos de cocina como un cuchillo para cortar carne, solo había de mantequilla El piso no estaba aseado

El cobro del estacionamiento fue de un valor de 5.000 por día, debería ser incluido dentro del precio como todo los hostales u hoteles los tiene, no influye en nada como cortesía otorgar estacionamiento gratis. Encontré un pelo en la ducha, el resto todo bien

The property manager was very responsive the whole time. The concierges were very helpful and attentive. The room sizes and beds were confortable. Hot shower was nice and bathroom was well equipped.

Only was tiny lift was working, limiting the options to access the apartment at any given time. Very busy building. Noisy neighbour. No blackout blinds. Traffic noise can be heard inside. Noisy humidiry fans which were automatically on for no reason. The parking garage is very very tiny and we were lucky no cars were parked around and/or came in or out at the same time, because there is no space to move around. The QR code access is a a good idea in theory, but you have to have a compatible mobile phone with internet at all times, so it's not great for people from overseas or older customers who may struggle with technology.

Lots of hassle to get in, but a good place to stay for a few days.

Location is great, nice building, clean apartment. Shower is hot and kitchen is nice. Needs some more cleaning clothes though. TV is great and the neighbourhood is quiet. Great for a couple of days rest. There is even a mini mart across the road. The church bells are nice to listen to in the morning.

If you are staying for only one day don't bother, took over an hour to get in after arriving. Its just not worth the hassle. Instructions are complicated but to break it down to help other people: 1. If you cannot pay online or transfer. There is a hostel a couple of blocks away. Here you can pay by credit card. Search for the hostel name not the address. 2. The app (safe card) they ask you to install is a waste of time. The building guard will not let you until the designated time you gave. (To enable the silly phone app) BUT They will give you a key for the apartment instead anyway??!. You do not need to install it. 3. Parking if you pay for it, may need to have 2 goes at issuing you a space as they do not know who is parking in their own building spaces. There are no signs in the garage you have to guess where to go. Good luck.

a great place to stay once you cross the threshold.

it was a bright, clean, small but well laid out apartment with a kitchen area, sitting area and a nice bedroom and bathroom.

the check in process was complicated and not explained clearly. the host took way too long to send the necessary information so when we arrived, we had no idea which apartment, how to get in, where to park. after a long day of driving, it was an added stress that was unnecessary. the host was not warm and welcoming. he sounded irritated and impatient.

great view in a modern apartment building. everything looks brand-new (as of Mar 2022). clean and well-equipped. there isn’t a reception (it’s just a block of flats) but the staff was very responsive on WhatsApp.
