Liked everything, washer & dryer was very helpful as this was 10 days into our 2 week vacation.

Нам все понравилось, очень уютно и по- домашнему. Хозяйка отнеслась с большим вниманием к бытовым мелочам и деталям. Удобная кровать, постель, посуда, а душ- просто волшебный. Безопасный район, есть парковка, рядом много ресторанов и магазинов. Мы остановились на две ночи, планировали менять локацию, но снова вернулись в эту квартиру. В будущем вернемся сюда ещё.

I liked Everything about this place it’s better then a hotel. 100 % doesn’t smell like anything funky like some hotels and it’s just feels like you’re at home

everything was perfect; from first impression when we opened the door we felt at home; the kitchen was perfectly equipped and also every other thing you might need (e.g. detergent, baking paper...) was there Easy access to all highlights within the city

A beautiful little one bedroom apartment in the Hollywood hills.

It was beautiful, well equipped, and in a nice safe neighborhood in the hills. The woman who ran it was very quick to answer my questions.

The hills to places from the house can get a bit steep and scary for driving especially for a person like me who has never driven in the hills. But it does make for an adventure!

Absolutely Beautiful place to stay!

Very nice place. Clean and beautiful home. No fear of being mugged like most of California.

Don't order sushi from uber eats! I got horrible food poisoning! Nothing to do with the house. Just a tip when staying here.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful place to stay when you are in LA.

This is an excellent place to stay. Landlord is very kind and the place is well built and amply supplied. There was even a big jar of Peet's Coffee and a coffee maker, spices for cooking, filtered water in the big fridge. We loved the garden. Peaceful, relaxing. A perfect place to have coffee in the morning or a drink at night. The location is ideal. Close to anything you might want and in a beautiful neighborhood. Excellent value.

Perfect Guesthouse with great location for Universal Studios, Hollywood Hills and other attractions

This guesthouse was amazing. Clean, spacious for a family of 4 with all the home convenience our family needed. The host was friendly and responsive.

Julia was awesome but unfortunately the guy that live there would just stare at me like I didn’t belong there wouldn’t even speak waved at him and he still didn’t want to speak unsure what that was about but everything else was great !

Great stay next to Mulholland Drive and Hollywood

The house is great. The neighbourhood is very nice, next to Mulholland Drive and the Hollywood hills. You can park in the premises in front of the house. The place is very big, a well equipped bathroom with a shower, the room is great, comfy bed and nice big living room with a big kitchen (with fridge, oven, coffee). There is a big TV and a nice sofa.

Honestly the stay was great I'm not able to find anything to complain about even though I tend to be critical in my reviews. I fully recommend it!

Very nice, pay the money, enjoy your stay!

The guest house is great--full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room with a fold out couch. The location is a bit removed from the city but that is what we were looking for. That said, there are many food options and a couple of grocery stores just a mile or two away.

It is expensive--over $200/night, all said and done--but for this type of arrangement I think it is an average price for the Los Angeles area.

Good value, nicely decorated, ideal location.

Newly finished so very clean and nicely decorated, loads of space, big driveway so free parking, location to Universal was brilliant, good value for money compared to the hotels. Julia was also very helpful and welcoming on arrival, recommending places and eateries nearby.
