Discrimination and racism

Me and 2 my children(ages 5 and 6) were harassed to check out and be removed off the property by your employee Te’oma at 3300 Peston Hwy in Louisville ky on 11/06/2023 because I reached out to corporate about his rude behavior and malicious made up rules on the property against African Americans. I will be taking extra steps towards getting this situated handled because he can not possibly have the right to discriminate against African Americans and get away with it. He demanded several African Americans off the property between Sunday and Monday and I will reach out to anyone and everyone I have to until he is fired immediately. He has no remorse for humans that are of different ethnicity and needs to removed from the company as soon as possible.

I started out paying day by day and after about a week of paying I talked to 2 different people at the front desk about the price difference between day, weekly and monthly rates. I was going to pay for a month but was further explained that weekly rate would be better option because of discounts and and special rates.Pay for a week. The week pass and I go down to pay for my next week. Front desk eventually tells me that they can not give me a week they can only give me 5 days because my room was booked for next week. Even though I have been paying for the same room for almost a month. I asked about the discounts and everything else that I was suppose to get for paying a weekly rate. He did not have any solution to that. Not only was the front desk clerk(a white male) rude to me but he never had any intention on at least trying to figure out a solution. BEING A VALUABLE PAYING CUSTOMER DOES NOT MEAN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO THIS COMPANY and I felt like they were being prejudice towards me and my family at the front desk.

Dirty room & unworking appliances by an loud active airport

The refrigerator wasn't working so by the time we checked in and noticed that, the front desk had closed @ 10. Therefore I had to throw away about $60 worth of food. The microwave was dirty as well as the floor. No ice machine? Without a working refrigerator I didn't have ice. I'm still waiting for a refund of $60 from last Tuesday.

No breakfast offered. Location was suitable to the place we were going.

I refused to stay in this hotel due to safety and lack of cleanliness.

The manager Te’ame Kelly was absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I was told there was no smoking in the hotel and I saw him smoking a cigarette walking in the main hallway. When I asked for a refund on the room because of absolute filth and horrible odors he refused to speak with me.

The manager was very unprofessional and the hotel was unsafe and disgusting.

arrived at property to be told they had overbooked and didn’t have my room. sent us to “sister hotel” who claimed they knew nothing about us coming and refused to honor the price we had booked for. at first weren’t even going to give us room. finally I paid more and got a room then when we got in it it was disgusting and had cockroaches!

the location worked for the event I was attending.

I had to wait for the clerk to come to check in because she was outside smoking. I don't know if people live at this hotel but there was a extemely loud TV on all night long. The movie they were watching had extremely foul language. I knocked on the door twice and they told me to F off. After the movie, there was loud music playing. I paid for 2 nights and only stayed one. I moved to a different hotel. I will not have any of my volleyball club members ever stay there. No blower dryers or shampoo
