Exceptional service, valet parking, vert good quality and delicious food.
We spent two weeks in Crete, we started with this hotel, then continued to another high rating having hotel but 4 star, so in terms of food that was a big downgrade for us. I recommend first go to a less star hotel, then to a higher one to avoid a feeling of worse food after being in Nautilux.
Small beach area, but everything is clean and nice.

Sehr aufmerksames freundliches ehrliches Personal. Die Lage direkt am Meer. Alles war sehr sauber. Abwechslungsreiches Essen. Die Stimmung im Hotel, die dazu beiträgt das man sich aufgehoben fühlt und dadurch sehr gut abschalten kann.

A real luxurious, tranquil haven nestled by the sea.
The entire staff, truly exceptional, provided service of a high standard we’ve rarely encountered (and I mean globaly), special gratitude goes to the charming Zania and Ilena.
The expansive pools and the room itself exuded opulence. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully appointed, with modern amenities, including a personal tablet for accessing various hotel services. The dining room was great and very diversed and the private beach, with sunbeds and attentive beachside staff, crowned the entire experience with true pleasure.

Все было шикарно! От заезда до выезда. Персонал супер приветливый, услужливый, любые просьбы исполняются через секунду. Красивый, «инстаграмный» отель. Еда вкуснейшая и подача тоже. Убирают номера хорошо, два раза в день. Все на высшем уровне, обязательно вернемся еще, и не раз. Также в качестве комплимента от отеля был завтрак в номер, хамам и массаж. Спасибо!
Все было шикарно, единственное на протяжении всего отпуска ( а это 10 дней) не получилось попробовать смузи и милкшейк, так как каждый день говорили, что блендер сломан :( Но персонал всегда предлагал что-то в замен: кофе с мороженным, коктейли и так далее. Так что мы не сильно расстроились.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, über die Promenade kann man schön in die Altstadt schlendern und mit dem Mietwagen gehts wiederum schnell auf die Autobahn um den Rest der Insel zu erkunden.
Das Design und die Ausstattung des Hotels sind stilvoll, einheitlich, modern und wunderschön.
Pool und Strand laden mit bequemen Liegen zum Sonnen und verweilen ein! Beide Locations sind sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Das kulinarische Angebot im Hotel legt einen hohen Standard vor. Wir wurden nicht einen Tag enttäuscht. Das Buffet am Morgen und Abend ist frisch und sehr lecker, hier findet wirklich jeder etwas! Auch die Getränkeauswahl lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Die regionale Wein und Bierauswahl hat uns besonders gut gefallen und die Cocktails waren von äußerst guter Qualität.
Einen Besuch im Spa würden wir auch empfehlen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier ist unschlagbar. Katerina berät super und findet für jeden das richtige Angebot. Definitiv waren die 2 Stunden ein Highlight unserer Reise!
Das Herz und die Seele des Hotels ist aber das Personal, wirklich alle waren freundlich, offen, locker und zuvorkommend- man hat sich immer bestens aufgehoben gefühlt!
Hier kommt jetzt das Meckern auf ganz, ganz hohem Niveau: der Einweg-Schuhlöffel. Geht leider super schnell kaputt und ist auch nicht so nachhaltig gedacht.

For our honeymoon, we went for the maisonette and will not be downgrading next time we stay. It was absolutely phenomenal. Valet parking was included, great coffee maker in the room, a hot tub on our balcony, exceptional beach chairs, and a breakfast buffet to feed royalty. We loved every minute of our stay and even bought bottles of the bodywash/shampoo because it was so nice.
There was nothing about our stay that we were unhappy with. Everything was top-notch. The nespresso machine in the room even had Starbucks brand pods. This may not seem like a big deal, but when it comes to cutting costs in hospitality, the amenities are usually the first to take a hit. Sticking with high-quality soaps, coffees, and linens kept the experience above expectations. We are 100% satisfied customers.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. Location is good as well and just 1min to the beach (sunbeds are also offered by the hotel and pretty nice) and restaurants near by. We totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place :) perfect for a relaxing holiday and if you rent a car or scooter there a several day trips to explore crete

The most amazing thing about this hotel is that everyone performs his/her duties at an exceptionally professional level, making the guest feel at the top of the comfort. The staff's willingness to assist at every moment is especially valuable, no matter what it is, welcoming at the entrance, parking your car for you, touring inside and around the hotel, suggesting perfect places to visit (our special appreciation to Nikitas who gave us wonderful recommendations about picturesque places and restaurants!). All of our requests, such as extension of jacuzzi time in the room, extra supplies for the room, etc. were fulfilled immediately and in the best way. Great bar, rich breakfast, secure garage, spa - everything meets and even exceeds expectations of the 5-star service level.

Fabulous hotel! Very new and modern. Extremely comfortable sun beds at the pool/ beach and the service is absolutely great! Breakfast was also very good, with enough food to choose from! They offer valet parking, which is also very nice!
Our room was located above the kitchen, so there was quite a lot of noise from sorting cutlery and dishes late at night and very early in the morning.

We liked everything! Excellent staff! Great breakfast (amazing selection). You get the beach, the pools and the quiet part of the town. The downtown is 40 min by walking and it was not an issue for us as we love walking.

The hotel is exceptional. Every little detail is very well thought out. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and beautiful. The food is delicious. The bar is fully stocked. The staff are excellent, very engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. Perfect score all around here.

The spa needs some work, worst massage I ever got( and overpriced for the quality of service).
House keeping needs some work, the rooms werent very clean .
The bathroom leaked water, we changed rooms and there was still some leakage.

Great location, very modern and contemporary design throughout. Free Valet on-site parking. The spa and inside pool was great. Very nice rooms, large and very modern, all controlled with hand motions and a central tablet on the wall.
When I asked reception to bring the car round, I was waiting for about 10 minutes, then went down the ramp to see the guy and he didn’t even know I was waiting for my car. The breakfast was a little basic; nice but lacking some items.

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in - both the hotel facilities and the staff were amazing!
Big thanks for hotel staff for making our stay as relaxing and worry-free as possible, management is doing a great job with staff training.
Also Spa is worth noting - booked a massage 3 times with 3 different therapists, all three visits were great.

The staff is super friendly and kind. We loved the beach and the hotel.
Sometimes it was hard to find free sunbeds because people leave their towels there early in the morning to "reserve" them.

Outstanding hotel with modern and nicely designed facilties, very professional/friendly team and great organization. We were upgraded to a duplex (they call it Maisonette) and that was a blast: 60m2 , 2 floors, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces and a big jacuzzi with sea view...we loved it!

- There is a beach connected right on the hotel with comfy loungers and bean bags. Many of the other big hotels on the same strip require you to cross a busy road.
- The staff working there are lovely, always asking how you are and having chats with you.
- Our balcony would have plenty of sun throughout the day (some of the more expensive swim up rooms would only catch the sun in the pool area with the sun loungers being in the shade)
- Free coffee provided in the room
- Lots of extras in the room incl. toothbrush and toothpaste, sewing kit, shoe shine etc.
- There was a problem with the electrics on our first evening resulting in all of the lights in our room coming on 5 separate occasions when we were sleeping. The reception apologised but felt as a 5 star hotel more could have been done.
- We paid a little more for a sea view room, I would call it a side sea view / pool view and wouldn’t bother spending more money on this.
- No conditioner provided in the room, only shampoo
- No menu option for the breakfast, all buffet style
- Either need to pay for a taxi or walk 30 mins to get to the old town centre and some of the nicer restaurants cannot be reached by foot unless you want to walk an hour
- Gym is really small and you need to sign up to go beforehand which felt a bit limiting

For many years I was the CEO and director general of a large international tour company. Working with the best 5* hotels (The hotel did not know about me).
Me and my beloved family of 5 just came back from a 5 night stay at Nautilux and this is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve seen.
The following are my highlights:
1. Location: This is by far the best 5* hotel in Crete that is within a beautiful town (Rethymno).
There are other great hotels in Crete but not as close to town.
2. The rooms. We booked a executive suite with hot tub, which was amazing!! the kids (all grownups) had a patio room with Jacuzzi, a huge room and they were all very happy as well.
3. Breakfast is very good.
4. The pool and the private beach are amazing!
5. Service and staff: highly attentive service from the whole team- kind, smiling and caring.
6. Bottom line: 10 out of 10 in all categories.

10 out of 10 is not enough to rate this hotel. Everything was just fantastic. Great service, the staff is so kind and friendly, and everything is super clean. This hotel impressed us a lot. Also worth mentioning is the spa with an excellent service. My special thanks to Katerina (reception), Maria (reception), Liana (guest relations), Megi (service), George (Perakis, restaurant), Lina (restaurant), and Katerina (queen of the spa): you and your colleagues are the heroes of this hotel, we enjoyed a lot being your guests. We'll definitely come back one day.
