This just wasn’t one of my best days at Marriott

Clean hall and reception area

Unfortunately, it just wasn’t the best stay The woman at reception desk double billed my reservation and refused to honor my request made during reservation to provide a lower level room, The refrigerator still possessed the previous guests belonging in it, Although I wanted to be the best guess that I could be, and so I did my best to be understanding with the staff and the conditions that I was in at the time . But basically my trip was cut short due need of maintenance to complete my request from night before to repair malfunctioning blind that left me feeling very uncomfortable and vulnerable during the night portion of my visit.

1st room shower overflowed the next room the balconey door would not open, so i paid extra...why?

It was all we expected. Thanks for your part in making the weekend one of great celebration.

All of my family was there, and we spent much time in the lobby/breakfast area. The staff was very accommodating and never made us feel like we had to hurry away.

Location was great, easy in and out, room was spacious for us, breakfast was enjoyable, outdoor pool was very nice, staff very helpful and pleasant

Always like the cleanliness of the hotel. Also like how modern it is. Very convenient to everything. Only place we stay when we’re in Texas.

I don’t think there is really anything we don’t like. Only suggestion is for the laundry area, it would be nice if it was set up on the Pay Range app like other hotels we stay at so your not having to go out and get quarters to wash/dry. With the app you can wash/dry with loaded monies or attach a debit/credit card to the app. It also provides a timer for the loads so you can monitor and know when it’s ready to be switched. Just a thought though.

Other than the sleeping accommodations problem everything was good

Breakfast was very good very organized and clean

I would have rated my over all stay a perfect 10 but my sleeping accommodations was not met because I did not have a sofa bed in my room. so we had to change our sleeping arrangements.🙁

3/4 shower glass door..prefer a full shower door.. how can you not have flavored creamers for coffee..ran out of breakfast items 2 hrs before it ended

Staff was wonderful! Everything was brand new and super clean! We loved our stay!

Um, breakfast was lacking just a touch. It would have been nice to have eggs and breakfast meats instead of a bucket of oatmeal with a bunch of toppings. Oatmeal is great, but not everybody can eat it.

The location and the facility were great. The staff was nice and very helpful when I had an issue with my remote. The rooms were very nice and clean

A good trip turned stressful due to a misunderstanding.

Overall, the hotel is nice and in a good location. The staff was nice and friendly, was trying to be helpful although the GM was not.

I booked at a lower rate in which I have done before but this time they ran my card before, even when I spoke with someone that I would bring in a new card, and the card declined. So when I went in to provide my new card I was charged at a higher rate since my card declined. They stated that a call was made but I didn't have any messages or their number on my call logged unless they called from a totally different number from their hotel number. And no message was left for me to call back regarding my payment and I also called the hotel and was never informed of the issue. I was told by staff that the GM would have to fix the issue and refund me the difference because they remembered me calling but the GM didn't want to hear it and said he was not going to refund I should. GM made my decision to never book at this location due to it was confirmed by staff that I called regarding payment and my card was still ran against my authorization but he didn'thave a good attitude in resolvingthe issue. After I advised I would bring a new card. He did not care what me or his staff had discuss and just made the decision. I often book staycation especially since i work for the hospital to get away from home. He stated when I mention I would just book at other location that they are all sister properties as if it was a sort of threat or something. So even though it was a nice hotel In a good spot I would book other ones in the area.
