Great location and very lovely hosts just go in knowing the stairs are a hindrance and one bathroom

The location of the house was fantastic right In the centre of Windsor.

My only feedback would be the stairs and only having one fully functioning bathroom with a shower which was downstairs in the kitchen. We couldn’t take the cases upstairs which meant they were taking up space downstairs. There were 5 of us and we had to plan when to use the one bathroom to shower.

A lovely home from home.....

The house was homely and well equipped. The location was fantastic, a 5 min walk into Windsor. Beds were comfortable & everything was nice and clean. The host was helpful and when we asked about parking they supplied us with parking permits which are at additional charge, but we'll worth it! We always managed to get a space outside the house.

The house is close to a late night Clun where the music is very loud until early hours. This was during the weekend, Friday night was worse than Saturday. I cooked using the oven and the heat from the oven would set off the heat/smoke alarm in the kitchen as its too close to the oven and it's very loud. Everything was wo clean, apart from the floor. My socks were black, so I would give it a clean before if you have babies crawling around.

Excellent, clean, well equipped property.

Really lovely clean well kept house. Spacious kitchen with all modern appliances. Tea and coffee provided. Easy access with key in key safe box. Elvis the caretaker of the property was super helpful always answering his phone before our stay so that we could clarify a few things with him. Thank you Elvis. He arranged two car parking permits for us at a very reasonable cost, we had no problem parking two cars in the little road right by the property. Beds were really comfy, great shower in the bathroom downstairs. Stairs were a little tight as they are spiral which you can see very clearly in the photos but we were fine with them. I’d recommend to use small suitcases so that it’s easier to carry them up. Fans were provided if it was warm and heaters if it was chilly. The fans were very welcome as it was very hot weather. Little patio off one of the bedrooms was great too. Altogether a great property for a short stay with a group of friends.

There was nothing to dislike.

tvs didn’t work tried to contact owners didn’t respond key code faulty struggled to get in. shower blocked with hair and grime lamp in top bedroom not working.no wardrobes only 1 draw and it was broken.

a very good place to stay, only one night due to being there for an Investiture at the castle but would stay for longer!

Mostly everything was clean, shower drain was blocked and husband had to clean it out because water was about to spill over the ledge into main area, plus kitchen bin was not empty. Bedding and towels were clean, beds comfortable. Good location, very close to main Street, river and castle. Everything you need is in there.

I loved it, however, I have parents in their seventies, one with 2 false knees, so the spiral stairs were tricky for him and my mum is clumsy so was a concern! my fault for not really reading everything and looking properly at the photos. No incidents though, so great!

Superb

Nicely decorated property and hosts were extremely helpful and informative - nothing was too much trouble and answered any questions very promptly. Location was great too. Would definitely recommend

One bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom so have to go downstairs or through another bedroom to use their bathroom which was a little inconvenient at night but the only negative I can think of

Excellent. Just what we wanted. Lovely!

Perfect for what we wanted - quick overnight stay. Loved the exceptional attention to detail. Sweet touches throughout. Easy to get owner on phone to arrange for on-street parking. Could see that they had thought through everything. Thank you!

We were a bit slow off the mark working the hot-water system - our fault, as the owner did mention this on the phone. Would have been useful to have a note at property saying: turn on the hot water if you want a shower in the morning. Really everything beautifully thought through - only thing missing was a zapper/matches for the gas hob (new and in mint condition so perhaps hasn't yet been used!). Few missing light bulbs. But these are minor details - all lovely! :)

loved this house.

This property was amazing. so clean and homely we didn’t want to leave. Netflix in every room so the kids could relax and watch the after a long day of sight seeing. so close to everything. would highly recommend

Brilliant location, clean, homely and highly recommend

Immaculately presented and felt very homely. House was very clean and we loved the added touches of Netflix and Disney + to keep children entertained. Very central location, park 2 minutes walk away was lovely for the children and lots of nice resturants nearby - patch bar round the corner is recommended. Legoland only 10 minute drive away. Hosts were very quick to respond and helped to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a central location in Windsor.

Bigger towels would've been useful.
