Tolle Lage um Zentral zu wohnen

Der Kanalblick ist zwar nur aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster auf einen Nebenkanal, aber man kann an de Fensterbank Frühstücken. Es kommen manchmal Gondeln und andere Boote vorbei. Sehr nett. Die Lage ist Zentral und ruhig. Man kann mit dem Wassertaxi bis 50 m vor die Wohnung fahren.

Das Bad ist klein und die Decke müsste mal renoviert werden. Mit Ausnahme von Weingläsern war die Küche gut ausgestattet.

A Ca Maurice, la pulizia non è di casa!

Le condizioni igieniche erano pietose (foto allegate). Il materasso è talmente vecchio, che ha una specie di "buco" al centro. Il prezzo è sopravvalutato rispetto a ciò che viene offerto.

Dusche war nicht sauber waren Haare drinne. Sofa hatte keine richtige Decke. Alles war sehr ungepflegt und nicht gut gereinigt

Conforto!

A localização é boa, perto dos pontos turísticos. A acomodação é confortável e o anfitrião foi muito gentil e prestativo. Cozinha bem equipada.

Muito desconfortável ter que retirar o lixo, pois precisei andar mais de 10 minutos até o barco que recolhe o lixo da ilha. Sinceramente acho que isso deveria ser responsabilidade da administração da acomodação.

Amazing location. We loved it!

Everything was as described. Perfect organization, helpful office staff. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone! The view of the canal is a bit deceiving, we expected a larger surface of water. By the way, it can be seen afterwards in the pictures, (the third picture is the reality) , that's why is not a 10.

The Location allowed us to move round the city both by foot and boat. it was a nice environment

The apartment was very clean, most of the facility are new. The staff sent direction and instruction on how to get the keys and how to operate the equipment before arrival. Overall the Staff were very professional and responded to our request timely.

The Location outside the apartment along the street looks scary for a first time visitor, but the area is safe.

the location was good but I will not come back to this apartment

the location

the staff helped to book taxi and gondola. they were responsive to the questions in working hours. they helped to book the taxi for our arrival taxi did not come and we waited for 40 minutes and called them but as it as at 20:00 we did not receive any answer. it was very difficult to find the keys and to enter the apartment, we told that we are 4 people but we could not find the bed sheets and pillow and towels enough for us. we searched but we could only find dirty pillows. there was not a good smell in the apartment

The most perfect little hideaway for Venice

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. Highly recommend for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the culture and authentic vibes of Venice. Has everything you would need. In the perfect location to walk to all the tourist attractions and stop for many Spritz's along the way.

not as comfortable, and no real canal view…

The location is good and apartment is spacious

The property was not equipped from the moment we received it. We didn’t have any face, hand, or foot towels in the bathroom. No kitchen paper towels nor basic items like salt. Tiny and uncomfortable bathroom. The bed and pillows were hard, and the sleep was not very comfortable - aside from the AC unit being in the kitchen, and the cool air could only travel to the bedroom if we kept the door open. Not easy to justify that it has canal view: it’s a tiny space/window to see. Would not recommend staying here.

We were excited to come to Venice. We did not let this place ruin our stay.

Location was great.. very clean.. spacious.. love the artwork!

Tv did not work.. washing machine that was advertised was not there..there was nothing for us in the kitchen.. not even a bottle of water..just lots of pans and dishes. We are traveling and have never not even had salt and pepper. We had to ask for more toilet paper as there was only half of a roll.. she told us to go to the grocery store and buy some..she did finally have someone bring us more. There was a problem getting the code for the lock box.. we tried several times and she sent me to the wrong website. She sent a list of rules when we got there stating we had to remove all our trash.. this was not in the booking ad. We had no idea where to take the trash. She was not helpful and said if we didn’t take it she would charge us $167. We definitely would not stay here again or recommend this place. We have stayed in many places and if we wanted a motel we would have found one.
