Poor

The owner was very good at communicating and it was fairly close to downtown.

It was not what we expected. The bathroom was small and was shared by many guests It didn't feel comfortable Upon arriving we decided not to stay.

Would not recommend based on the crowdedness. Too much like dorm living.

The room was clean. Nice bathroom, good shower.

There was no host. We received an email saying she had gone to buy groceries and how to let ourselves in. Everyone got the same message. Breakfast was a s?!t show. Likely 12 guests and very tight seating for 6 only. It is only served for 1 hour so it’s very crowded trying to get fed.

Pleasant and good location

The room was clean, the location great.

We do d not have international phone service so check in was tricky. Not staffed and no notice to how to proceed we had find internet and locate a phone number . A text was sent us however we had no service.

The breakfast was reasonable I would have much preferred a cooked breakfast. The overall price is a little expensive for the facilities provided

Exceptional

This was a real gem! It was so close to Downtown Charlottetown that I was able to walk everywhere. The couple running the B&B were absolutely wonderful! Very responsive to messages and requests! Also the continental breakfast was great!

I have no notes. It was a perfect stay!

Very good

Cozy and confortable option at the center of the action in Charlottetown. Close to the marina and several options of bars and restaurants. Staff and the owner are very friendly and accessible.

We had the suite room, which is located just in front of main entry and the stairs to upper level. Since it is an ancestral house, if you have a light sleep you might have problems with the mouvement in the entrance. Not a big deal if you ask me, specially considering the value for money.

We would not stay there again

Location is great, walking distance to downtown, safe area Check in process, host sent detailed instructions per email prior to arrival

No private shower Host was never present, we felt left alone during the stay Breakfast does not deserve being called 'breakfast'. Choices / offering were less than in a Motel Dishes had to be found first and then taken from cupboard, no service, guests had to clear their tables and wash the dishes The place deserves the name 'Bed', but not 'Bed and Breakfast' Not a good value for the price

I really enjoyed my trip in Charlottetown and my stay at the Sunny B&B!

I really like how close it is to downtown. I enjoyed the everyday walk around the downtown area. The beds are actually very comfortable and the staff responds to needs right away. The bathrooms were clean.

Breakfast was the same everyday. Hot breakfast would be nice, some eggs and sausages.

AWESOME LOCATION, cozy, great neighbourhood!

GREAT LOCATION and a cute house. Nice personal touches in the bedroom and glad we had our own powder room (shared shower). Nice little continental breakfast and such a great neighbourhood! Would love to return :)

Disappointing

clean but nowhere near what we expected. of the two single beds one of the mattresses on the right sidez (if you're lying down) and was very difficult to sleep on without rolling off the bed. the stairs were narrow and while I'm not a big person it was difficult to maneuver without banging your head on the overhang. I would recommend putting warning strip to remedy the problem was marginal. lastly there was no TV.. I've been a Booking customer for years. We want a full refund

Fabulous! Can't wait to visit again!

Staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond even giving me a ride to the airport when the taxis totally messed up. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate!! Travelling alone I felt very safe there. So close to downtown and the wharf. couldn't have been happier.

The location was great...

Ordered a deluxe queen and thought we had a private bath...got a double bed and a shared bath no tv...and had to ask for a blow dryer...I was told they only had 3 and the other guests had them...she did listen to my complaints and gave a monetary refund...but not what I expected.

Great Heritage House & Host

Adorable heritage house in the heart of Charlottetown with personality. Newly installed A/C units made sleeping the perfect temperature. Walking distance to old downtown. Breakfast was good & simple.

Pleasant. Parking on the street by the residence was nice. The place is very clean.

It was okay breakfast and location. The coffee was aweful and on day two there was no coffee pot to make coffee.

There were two twin beds. One of the mattress was so firm it was like sleeping on the floor. One of the showers did not work at all.

It was a great location to walk Charlottetown downtown.

location was awesome. Room and common area clean.

Breakfast was minimal. common showers was a surprise. Thought private bathroom included a shower. No AC so very warm in room.

Good location, shared showers

Excellent location. Amazing friendly host. Good breakfast which changes everyday with fresh made honey by the hosts.

The posting is misleading and it is not a private bathroom. it is a private toilet but a shared shower (which isn’t indicated in the booking). One of the shared showers needs a new shower head and had no pressure, and waiting for the good shower to be available was at times a long wait. The room was also very hot, even with all the windows open, and needs a fan

Great location for a Charlottetown adventure!

Location is incredible and free parking along Sydney St was a really nice touch.

Very pleasant, and I would stay there again. Good value.

The breakfast was very good, and varied day by day. I didn't think the salad was necessary with breakfast, but that is just perhaps my own personal tastes. The bedroom was very comfy - it reminded me of visiting a friend and staying in their spare room. The staff always responded quickly to any questions/requests that I had.

Bookings.com clearly said the room had a private bathroom, but it only had a private toilet and sink, so a bit misleading. I think it needs to be very clearly stated what is included and what is not. But once I got used to it, the shower worked well, there were two of them so no waiting, and everything was clean. Also, the price was right, at only $109.00 a night.
