I liked the LA Art District where the apartment is located but would not return to this suite.

What breakfast? there wasn't one. Also there was no coffee. For the amount they charged, they could at least have had a small coffee station.

The premises were ok, but for the amount I was charged, it was way below expectation. Also, the sun rises on that side of the building. It should at least have black out curtains. Fortunately, I brought eye light block visor. The black out curtains or even if they replaced the blinds with heat blocking blinds would also solve the heating issue in the apartment from sun all day.

Great location with greater hosts. Very accommodating and understanding.

Nice sized apartment with plenty of space. Had everything you needed to cook, do laundry, and relax. VERY sound proof and the halls are quiet. Love that the couch doubled as an extra bed. Very generous with the extra sheets/towels/pillows/blankets.

Their helpdesk is fantastics.

It was very easy. A recorded video instruction was sent ahead of our arrival. This made the check-in seemless.

I would definitely stay here again

The location is amazing with so many restaurants, bars, and shops near by. Place was clean, spacious and comfortable. Checkin in was easy and communication with staff was very easy.

The blinds aren’t the best for blocking light and sleeping in. Consider adding some black out curtains.

There was a black vehicle on my reserve parking and was never moved after I made a complaint during my visit. I was really upset I had to park outside the streets when I had a reserved parking that was payed for to park inside the garage I was NOT satisfied at all with this visit . I stayed 3 nights with my vehicle parked outside the street instead of my reserved parking that was PAYED for to park inside the garage. Disappointed.

The apartment was spacious

The HVAC was so loud as it seems like the filter was clocked so it would give a very loud sound. The coffee machine was not functional. The toilet had an awful smell even without using it.

Great stay at a fantastic location

The videos about checking in were super helpful and staff were very responsive to what's app texts. There's also a parking garage with parking pass that goes directly up to the apartment. The location is AMAZING right by little Tokyo and trendy shops and restaurants on Sante Fe. If you were to cook on your trip there's a grocery store within the complex or lots of Asian grocery stores nearby. Very close to highway access as well.

There's quite a few steps to check in so watching the videos is a must. This is definitely a vacation rental so it definitely has what you need but doesn't have a super home-y feel.

Loved it

Loved all the cute restaurants near it as well as the taco trucks a few blocks away. In a good neighborhood and the shampoos and body wash are full sized bottles. The apartment also has A/C and heating unit.

The bathroom door near the kitchen slid open and wouldn’t lock but we just blocked it with a bag since it has another door to access it from one of the bedrooms.

EXCELLENT STAY! Very much appreciated the host and apartments.

All of the entry instructions were on video and even step by step video instructions to the trash receptacles as well as all of the property that we needed to access.
