Exceptional

Have a lot of parking spaces outside of the building, also provide ear plug for light sleeper like myself. Room and bathroom are clean, bed was really comfortable. I enjoy my stay for a night.

Great value for money

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked at all times. The staff was very helpful and polite. The lobby has several games and a space with crackers and coffee, as well as snacks for sale. It is close to some strawberry farms and good restaurants.

The property is a little far from town, so we had to ask for a taxi or Grab to get from one place to another.

Good location, interesting decor and good size rooms. Staff are helpful via WhatsApp but never seemed to be on site.

The walls are extremely thin, which makes it very hard to sleep if there is noise outside or in other rooms. We had both rooms either side of us banging around until 1/2am. Despite a 10pm noise curfew the lack on on site staff makes this rule pointless as no one is there to enforce it.

Retro vibes

This hotel is so nicely decorated and has a retro vibe. Love it! It was also really clean and they offered complimentary snacks and drinks.

They was such a bad smell in our room. We couldn’t figure out what it was, but it made us nauseous. A lift would also be a plus. Location is fine, but not as central as we expected.

Stylish and clean but controversial

We enjoyed the design. And it was pretty clean. Also not far from tea plantations and trails to the mountains.

The room and the bathroom were really tiny. There were not enough small but useful details: only two electrical plugs (one used for light, one for fan), no shelfs in bathroom (you need to put toiletries on toilet and sink) and so on. Also the soundproof is so bad! You can hear every sound from your neighbors bathroom so clearly.

Homey and stunning place!

Second visit with super clean, great host, good selection of self-service coffee and tea, stunning view point from the communal balcony.

Could improve on in-room pillow, suggesting to have 2types of pillow (soft and hard). The current pillows are so bulky as my friend and I were hardly had a good sleep. On top of it would be great to have additional wall mounted cloth hanger hook in guest room too.

Perfect location rustic vibe.

I think the hotel owner or manager im not sure handle my problem with bookingdot com so well. He is very friendly and attentive. They also provide free flow coffee and tea. Location is very near to main attraction in Kea farm. I like the rustic vibe in this place. Very creative and nostalgic.

I do understand the wall is so thin that there is no tv in bedroom. We felt bored for the past 2night. We regret not bringing our ipad. If hotel inform cust to bring their own ipad will be a plus point. Trash bin in bathroom is a must. It is a bit troublesome for women to throw their panty liner or pad during period. Maybe i can recomend to use tin biscuit as rubbish bin for toilet :D

Bryan was an amazing host with clear and open communication throughout the entire stay. The space was immaculate and clean and I was thoroughly impressed. The space was well thought out and I loved the theme/concept of the hotel. I'd definitely recommend SIAR If you check out cameron highlands.

The owner is the nicest guy. Very helpful and with many good advices for places to visit during your stay. The room was very clean and spacious. Beds comfortable enough. There are many nice details in the hostel, like every room has its own name of an 80's song.

Awesome Place

The location is quite good -- near to a mall, restaurants, as well as the Boh Tea Centre. Room is quite clean and the bed is comfy. And it's great that all the basic amenities are provided.

One small complaint though, the edges of the bed frame kind of stick out and we hurt our legs several times while walking past.
