Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, charming living room with brand new comfortable furniture. Upstairs you find 2 spacious bedrooms with plush, inviting beds.

The Space:
The condo is newly renovated with a carefully selected Southern meets Swedish aesthetic. The highlights of this property are the location and the view of the waterfront. The condo is steps away from shopping, dining, and a fun, vibrant waterfront community. It is also close to other area attractions like Oval Beach, Holland, and Saugatuck. Enjoy your morning coffee from the deck off the master bedroom or cozied up in the comfortable main floor living room. This condo is full of color and patterns, each one expertly picked out to make you feel welcome and as if you are staying in a luxury 5 star hotel.

We had a great stay. The condo is very clean and well maintained. Had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. Adam is a great communicator and answered all our questions promptly. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants in Saugatuck. The pool is great. Quiet condo but close to everything. We will be bcak! Thanks for a great stay!.

This condo was the perfect location to walk into town and not fight parking! It was clean and bright and the communication was great. The beds were a little too soft for our liking but comfortable, clean and nicely decorated.

A perfect place to stay for a visit to Saugatuck! The property is very modern and spotless with extremely comfortable bed and furniture. We didn’t want to leave the the condo to go out at night it is just that pleasant and homey.

The property and location was perfect! It's just a short walk into town so it's close to everything. It's a quiet area, though, which is nice if you want to avoid an area with a lot of cars and foot traffic. The property was clean and felt very welcoming. The welcome snacks were really appreciated! The check-in/check-out process was quick and easy.

The condo was beautiful and very well stocked. It was only a five minute walk to downtown Saugatuck and we walked to town several times a day. We visited Saugatuck dunes State Park and also oval beach. Both are beautiful! We will definitely come back

This was a well appointed, quiet place to stay as a home base for our first trip to the Tulip Festival in Holland. We also enjoyed all that Saugatuck and Douglas had to offer such as dining, shopping, beaches and state parks.

Property was clean and well maintained inside and outside. Very close to downtown. Adam was very quick to response to our requests. Pantry had everything we needed to cook meals. Plenty of cookware and dishes. All cleaning supplies were provided to clean after meals. Beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. All in all very nice place. We will definitely return

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient to town. Able to walk to town each day. Also enjoyed the view at sunset from the upper balcony over the bay. Would have been nice to have the fireplace operational.

The condo is newly renovated and very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, utensils, etc. for cooking and grilling. We loved being walking distance from the main areas of Saugatuck and also having a place to go back to mid-day to relax. Only suggestion is to add some instructions for the thermostat.
