Well-known ski regions like Sierra Nevada and lakes like La Viñuela are easily accessible. Hiking paths in Sierra Tejeda and Sierra Almijara are also available. Please note that a car is recommended, and the owner does not accept youth groups. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday rental.

You will be staying in a 4-room terraced house that spans across 110 square meters on 2 levels, with a south-facing position. The living/dining room is equipped with a dining table, digital TV, and international TV channels, as well as air conditioning. It has an exit leading to the terrace. The open kitchen is spacious and includes an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on the ground floor. The upper floor features three bedrooms: one room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC (private), air conditioning, and forced-air heating; another room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating; and a third room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the upper floor.

During your vacation, you will have access to a large terrace with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs. The property offers a marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the mountains.
