About this house rental
This completely renovated pool home is centrally located in town near everything you could ask for. Only moments away from the Gulf of Mexico and downtown Venice's local restaurants and shops.
Enter your personal code on the smart lock and walk right in to your home away from home. So cozy and comforting for the whole family. This is a three bedroom home with two master bedrooms with en-suite on the other side of the home for privacy. Best place for two families to come share a great time! This vacation rental in Venice has a private heating and cooling salt water pool and it simply can't be beat!
The boat is a spacious lanai completed with a furnished patio and grill, a full kitchen, and all with the comfort of home needed for a relaxing retreat. When you're not lounging by the pool, you can hit a nearby golf course, reel in a catch at Venice Fishing Pier, visit Sharky's good food and spirits or spend all day along the sandy shores of the beaches just 2.5 miles away.
Nearby Shamrock Park and Nature Center offer a 80 acres preserve which links up with a 10 mile bike trail you can enjoy.

We had a wonderful experience at this home. The pool was fantastic, the house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The property manager was incredibly responsive and made sure we had a great stay. We came in town to visit family and it was the perfect distance for us to their home, the beach, great restaurants, and much more. A great overall stay.

It was a great trip! The house met all of our needs and expectations. We would rather have been in control of the thermostat ourselves because it got hot in the house at night, but the owner was easy to reach and adjusted it right away. Same goes for the pool lights, but we didn’t ask to keep them on longer. All in all, it was a great house, great location, and very easy to reach owner! We recommend this house and would definitely stay there again!!!

We could not believe this was the property and for such a cheap and reasonable rate. The location is perfect. The house was better than expected. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need to cook and entertain without feeling like you won't have enough silverware or plates (like most rentals usually are). The whole house is like new. Modern and updated in a safe, residential area. All beds had quality mattresses (this is usually my biggest complaint at most short term rentals). There were ample towels -- even a complete set for the pool or beach. To say we were satisfied would be an understatement. The host is a legitimate super host. We could not be happier with our experience.

Overall property was very nice and pretty much just like pictures. Great location, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Grill worked great and was nice to have on site washer/dryer for laundry. Pool was very clean and water temp was awesome. Beach chairs worked great.
*Beach umbrella was broken prior to our use.
*Was nice to have bikes provided except that some tires were flat and pump that was in garage did not work.
*Hallway bath shower curtain needs to be replaced , had some mold.
*Shower Curtains do not contain water into shower pans, had to put down towels outside of showers to keep floor dry.

Everything in the house was clean and just as described in the listing. We had a lot of fun in the pool and using the bikes. Location is great, very close to downtown and Venice beach. We would definitely recommend.

Pull out couch mattress was a little thin for sleeping on. Kitchen was nice and big and had everything we needed, including spices! We especially loved that the place had 2 fridges, one in the garage that we used for drinks and one in the house. It was well equipped with everything you need for the beach. (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels). There were bikes that we used every morning. Property was close to grocery store, pharmacy and Italian bakery. We spent lots of time by the pool day and night. The lights at night provided a great atmosphere.
Aneta was wonderful answered any questions we had. We ran out of propane and she reimbursed us for the cost to refill it. The downfall to this property is the property manager, Paul. He was rude and used vulgar language when he texted us. Not something you want to deal with when you are away for rest and relaxation. After he used profanity, all communication we had was with Aneta only. We would consider staying again because of Aneta and the property.

408 Peach is just peachy
The house had a welcoming feel as soon as we entered….beautifully appointed with many modern amenities. The heated screened-in pool was delightful after a long day at one of the many nearby beaches (Venice beach is 2 miles away). Peach street is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood so close to the town of old Venice which offered lots of shopping and restaurants.
Paul, the property manager was so helpful and quick to respond to any request we had. We had a GREAT time and we look forward to returning next year.
