This condo's location is unbeatable! The East Rim complex is centrally located to the main skier plaza and is just a short walk to the fastest and biggest high speed lift on the mountain, Purgatory Express. Located just a step away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops, and skiing amenities of the primary base village at Purgatory Resort, it offers the convenience of a central location, with the privacy of a mountain-side retreat. With its unbeatable views and cozy interior, our condo is the perfect escape after an epic day on the mountain. This newly furnished and remodeled residence will not disappoint! Bring your Nintendo games as the condo features a Nintendo Switch.

Living Space - Sleeper sofa (Full)
This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

The condo itself was so beautifully decorated in a modern mountain style. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on. So much so that we will be buying the same mattress for our home now. The home had everything we needed and more. It felt just like home. This place was the highlight of our weeklong trip. We didn’t want to leave and wish we had planned to stay longer!
One lesson I learned from this stay, verify what types of pets are allowed to stay in the home. I have a cat allergy and had to take Benadryl whenever I was inside the home. This was our first time using VRBO, so I didn't think to verify the property management's pet policy.
Kitchen well stocked & functional. Main level bedroom has comfortable bed but space is tight. It worked just fine for us.
Upon arrival, condo very clean. Plenty of nice towels & blankets.
PropMgt instructions for arrival & departure were helpful & accurate.
We were not there in ski season, but very obvious condo is convenient to ski area.
Will definitely come back in the future.
