Our apartment features a beautiful city view and a side ocean view, has 1 bedroom + 1 Den, 1 bathroom, towels, linens and wifi. The master bedroom includes 1 kingsize bed, a flat screen TV and a full closet. You can enjoy entertaining in the cozy living room which is adorned with 1 convertible sofa, 1 single recliner, flatscreen TV, study area and a dining area with seating for 4, The den includes 1 convertible sofa and flatscreen TV. The modernly designed kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with the utensils needed to cook delicious meals, high-end Smeg appliances, handcrafted Italian cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling windows, private patios and minimalist furnishings. I acknowledge that I have rented a Condo Unit and that the owner or the realtor is who I need to ask for anything. Employees or other owners of the association are not responsible for my rental agreement of the unit.
I understand that the building is a Condominium and as such it is to be enjoyed as a home with neighbors who expect a level of quietness before the hours of 8:00 AM and after 10:00 PM.
I have enough fobs for my entire party and if for some reason I don't have it with me or at all I will sign in with the valet and show them my identification.
I will throw all the trash in the bags down the laundry chute and no place else. Any trash that does not fit down the chute, I will bring it down and place inside the dumpster outside the lower garage. Under no circumstances will I put my garbage anywhere else. I will follow house rules and prevent any type of smoke/fire in the apartment. I acknowledge that causing the fire alarm to go off will bring the fire rescue and result in a charge of $1,010.00. I will never leave any items in the hallway to include (but not limited to) shoes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and groceries. I will not play music (except with headphones plugged in) in any of the common areas to include the pool backyard.

Stayed at a unit in CHC for 8 days May 20-28, 2023. A few days before our arrival I was in touch with the contact from the management team regarding certain details, one of which, was early check in, which was an additional charge and we paid for. Upon our early arrival the front desk had no reservation for us. The VRBO rep was not on site at the time of our arrival. After about 45 min the rep showed up and we were checked in. Once in the unit the freezer was making a very loud noise and was a block of ice that was leaking all over the floor and the shower handle was broken. We informed the VRBO rep who contacted maintenance to have the problems resolved which took several hours, but things were fixed. The next morning we went out and purchased the special coffee pods for the fancy coffee maker only to find that the machine leaked all over the place. So not only did we have the buy the special pods but we also had to buy our coffee everyday. Besides the coffee maker there was no toaster, the internet was so spotty that we had to use our phones hot spots to work, there were only 3 knives and 1 tiny garbage bag in the kitchen with no back ups. Honestly, the only reason we stayed at this VRBO was to be able to have coffee in the morning and a lite breakfast in the unit, we could do non on this. We should have stayed at the Marriott. The upside to the CHC is the location and the great roof top bar with gorgeous sunsets. Would I stay her again? NO!!

Location was great! The beach was a short walk away and the rooftop pool was nice! Front desk seemed bothered when we had questions. Extra towels were not provided. Couldn’t get ahold of the front desk on the phone or in person for additional towels, toilet paper and trash bags so we bought our own. Additional fees not included in vrbo price make it more expensive than we thought.

We had a great time , great location and amenities. Just check for the extra fees not included in the rate per night, as valet, daily resort fee and other fees. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend this property.
