Enjoy beautiful ocean views of the sunrise from the expansive decks of this stunning modern 3BR/3BA home at San Luis Pass.
This home has everything you need to make your stay memorable! The well-equipped kitchen features high-end SS appliances and both drip and Keurig coffeemakers. Toaster and blender, along with all the pans, skillets and utensils needed to cook are available, including many of your basic spices.
The dining table seats 8 with an additional 3 seats at the bar. The first floor is open concept with amazing ocean views from the large windows. Living room boasts a 65 in TV with DirecTV streaming, sectional sofa with 3 recliners, futon with king size fold out bed, and 2 armchairs. Also on the first floor is a full bathroom with rain shower head.
Streaming is available as well as wireless internet. 5G service is available here so you can stay connected! Enjoy the board games and lending library.
The second floor boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as full-sized laundry. The master is roomy with king size bed, chairs for reading/relaxing, flat screen TV, and access to both upstairs balconies. The en-suite bathroom has 2 sinks, toilet, and tub/shower with rain head. The closet is large and holds the iron and ironing board (as if you really want to iron on vacation!)
The second bedroom holds a queen bed and twin bed, flat screen TV, large closet, and access to the balcony with two chairs.
The bunk room holds 2 standard twin bunks to sleep 4.
The second bathroom upstairs is accessed from the hallway and contains 2 sinks, toilet, and tub/shower with rain head.

Nearby Surfside offers excellent dining, and Lake Jackson offers plenty of shopping! Check out Sea Center at Lake Jackson - a free aquarium with Touch pool for the kids. Brazoria Museum of Natural Sciences has an extensive seashell collection. It is free, but an appointment must be scheduled online. The nearby Brazoria Wildlife Refuge is an excellent birding location and stopover for Whooping Cranes. Birders enjoy Quintana Neotropical Bird Sanctuary.

The beach house inside was very lovely! Too hot and humid for us in August. No shade on deck until 1pm so no comfortable mornings watching sunrise. Public access from the San Luis bridge just left of the beach house had fisherman drive up right in front of the house on beach frequently. Our last night, beach goers partied until 3 am and kept family member awake in queen bedroom. FYI no blackout drapes so car lights or sunrise can wake you early or keep you up at night in this room. Clean up/construction still ongoing in area, our water was cut off for a few hours with a boil notice after. A phone call was nice alerting us about imminent water cut off, we had to save water in buckets and go buy bottled water. A follow up phone call would have been nice instead of VBRO message. Keep your VBRO app open with push notifications! We didn't and didn't get boil notice until next day when checking app! Worker drinking at bridge did donuts on beach near the house tossing trash and tools. Another man drove up and took the tools!! Trash stays from whoever comes and goes. Open ground with exposed piping right next to this beach house would be unsafe for unwatched kids. Grill was not clean upon arrival with no scoop or instructions. Husband bought a scoop and left it for others to use. Owners responded quickly to all questions which was very nice!! Shells are fun and plentiful! Would stay again in cooler months after Beryl cleanup complete and workers gone!

The property is situated in such a quiet location that you feel like you are on a private beach. The house was more than adequate for our needs and was very clean and spacious. Lisa was fantastic; so accessible and helpful.

We planned this trip as a pre-back to school trip. The host has been AMAZING. One of my sons broke a rule and I am beyond embarrassed. The host called us and explained it. They were great at communicating that with us as well. While there we had a decent storm roll in the middle of the night with some beautiful lighting. The home is beautiful and well presented!

Needing a little getaway, we booked Escape at Treasure Island for a long weekend. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with plenty of room and amenities to totally relax. It offers views that nurture your soul, the sound of ocean waves to sing to your heart, and beachfront to tickle your toes.

celebrated my wife's 60th birthday along with our adult kids and their wives. it was such a beautiful time. the house is amazing and the location is so perfect. where the house is situated is a really nice and secluded beach. and best of all - you can see sunsets and sunrises bc of where the house is located. have to come to the house to see what i mean!

Our family of six and little doggie enjoyed our stay for four nights at the Escape at Treasure Island. The house was clean, pretty and perfect for what we needed to relax and the location was great! We had beautiful weather and watched the sun rise and set almost everyday! We hope to come back and stay there again.

The house is just as the pictures shows. It’s a very beautiful and comfortable home. I’m particular about cleanliness and the house was extremely clean. It’s a bit of a drive from Galveston but well worth it. The host was very responsive and even checked on us when a storm came through. The only suggestion is it would be nice to have comfortable outdoor furniture to be able to lounge on the deck. Highly recommend the Seahorse Bar and Grill that is nearby. Best hamburger I have ever eaten. We definitely would like to stay here again in the future.

House was perfect for our group size of 5; with extra room. Was well equipped with an overload of kitchen utensils and extras! Weather was not the best so we spent most of the time indoors and thank God we chose this house as it was very comfortable.

We were all impressed by the house and the location. House is nice and well kept up and listing is accurate.
We loved the seclusion of the location. Drive in to Galveston or Freeport was an easy drive. Having the east facing deck made it possible to enjoy the deck in hot Texas summer in the afternoon and evenings.
We enjoyed walking the beach and did see dolphins on a couple of different occasions. Not ideal to have to drive down to the beach, but it is a quick drive. The kids loved crab hunting at the swim beach.
Lisa was quick to respond with questions and even gave us some recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms were perfect. And we were able to divide up all the kids. The views were so peaceful. You could hear the waves and when someone caught a fish.The kitchen was well stocked. We did need 1 more hot pad. Having the washer and dryer was so helpful. We used them daily. The large table was nice. Everyone could sit together for meals and games. Everyone had a wonderful time.
The local officer did make everyone get out of the water. Even if you are just wading up to below your knees.

The property was beautiful and the owners were very attentive to all my needs concerning the air conditioning.
I do have some suggestions to make the experience better for others when they rent.
Provide beach towels for the number of persons who can stay in the house.
Get a thing on the outside of the house that raises and lowers for groceries/persons, such as other houses have in the neighborhood. My son-in-law had just had surgery and still wanted to go on the trip with us and had to hope up and down the stairs when leaving the house.
Provide Fishing Poles since you can fish in front of the house.
The house was beautiful and very comfortable and the open concept flow from living room to kitchen was outstanding. The bedrooms very very spacious and comfortable. The house was very clean and well maintained.
I will defiantly keep this house on my list of places to stay. My family and I enjoyed this house tremendously, and being right on the ocean was spectacular with amazing sun rises.

The Vrbo was gorgeous—the seaside location was an absolute highlight of my bachelor party. Pelicans floating in air above the water when you wake up for some coffee and a spacious dinner table for everyone to gather around. The space was incredibly clean, comfy, and welcoming. Not only would we absolutely recommend this place to anyone in the area, we hope to stay again in the future!

Amazing place to stay. Loved how close we were to the beach. I mean you can’t get closer than on top of the beach. If you are looking to just relax, then get ready to kick your sandals off, pour a margarita and chill on the awesome Adirondack chairs. We are definitely coming back.

Overall the property was very nice to stay at. We only recommend a little more attention to replacing a HVAC filters with new ones and also better pest control as we did see a few bugs larger roaches inside the house on several occasions. However this said, the property was everything we expected and would recommend to others for a nice weekend. Also it should be clearly noted about the non swimming directly behind the property... Not a huge issue but still a bummer!

The house is beautiful & clean. Very spacious. We were a group of 9 and had plenty of room. The view was great! You are right on the beach! We spotted dolphins 2 days around 8-9:00 a.m & around 3-4p.m. Close to the bridge. Mrs.Lisa was very easy to communicate with, great host! If you like shells you have to check out the shell museum in Lake Jackson, there’s thousands & thousands of shells all shapes & sizes. The aquarium was small but nice, we weren’t able to do the hatchery tour the guide was off but it seemed interesting. The only disappointment was 4 days flew by & we had to leave 😔 We will be back it was a nice and relaxing stay!!

Beach get a way
Lisa was incredible and easy to work with! The view is breathtaking and the home is clean and roomy. The downside was not being able to swim on the beach in front of the home. There is a beautiful beach down the road to swim at. We rented a golf cart to make it easier with the kiddos.

Rental was full of necessities like a hotel. Plenty of space and sleeping options. Beach access was not available per County Ordinance! The house does move with high winds. Overall great stay!

Weekend away
Very nice house. Nicely decorated and clean. Not just overlooking the beach but on.the.beach. Just walk out and you’re on sand. Can’t go out into the water due to currents, but it’s awesome to sit on the deck and watch kids play in the waves and sand. That deck, so close to the ocean, with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine was perfect for me.
