THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is available for an additional fee during the months of October - March only. Guests must use the pool cover to keep the pool heated.
This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
5 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was a nice and open home. The variety of kitchen items/appliances made my extended stay much more like home. The linens and blankets were crisp and clean. The backyard was great! It had everything we needed and more!

The house was clean , well stocked with towels, bedding , games etc. Pool was amazing !! Great place for families!!! Loved the pool sign!!!

First things first, make sure the pool is actually heated (if you want that. This team requires a 5 day prior notice - which communication about that didn't come through about that detail. Other than that, nice amenities, basic kitchen, and the beds are very nice. Clean for sure, no issues with dog poop (since it's a pet friendly place) and there's plenty of lounge space for a nice backyard hangout. Thanks so much!

House is lacking some essential items. Only 4 washcloths and No kitchen Dish cloths. Many towels but none to wipe counters. Dog hair on couches inside. Outside furniture was filthy . We moved some cushions to use on the turf and there was garbage and Q tip under them. The lawn guy came while we were there and just got out a blower. He blew the rocks where the goat heads were into the turf. Not adult or kid friendly when you walk on grass and step on one. For sure not our best experience using a VRBO. Management company not helpful what so ever. Won’t stay at a Vacasa unit again.

We loved that it was in a quiet, safe neighborhood, yet close to many convienices. It had easy access to the 303. We loved having the private backyard for relaxing and visiting. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes. It was a wonderful home for some seniors siblings and spouses to stay. We highly recommended it!

Has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay… silly to say, but the only think missing is a big knife to cut with. Everything else we needed was there and couldn’t have asked for anything else. Looking to book again.

We were looking forward to making our own food and not have to eat out hence why we choose a VRBO vs a hotel. Once we were settling in around 9 pm we were met with ants on the couch. We followed the trail all the way to the kitchen. They were coming in from the window sill and garbage disposal. We had to keep killing and cleaning them up and we were never felt comfortable having food on any kitchen counter. The backyard is nice but there was a lot of old dog poop scattered in the rocks. They were dried and old. When we arrived the temperature inside the house was 89 degrees. We made do with the inconveniences this placed created. Management created an order Thursday night but never heard from anyone until Saturday afternoon.

Loved the house and location! Quiet neighborhood. Pool was great but recommend a grab rail at the steps. Had a wonderful time, but never heard from the property manager about a question regarding the garage door. All communication was online & no info who to contact if a problem. Apparently no local manager? Fortunately, we had no problems or issues that needed attention. Would definitely stay there again!
