At home, start the day outside in your private back yard with a cup of coffee under the shady gazebo. When you get hungry, step inside to the full, well-equipped kitchen to make some breakfast. With stainless steel appliances, plentiful counter space, and all the gadgets you need, meal prep is a breeze. Throughout the home you’ll find comfortable, traditional furnishings and plenty of space to gather. Sit down for a meal in the formal dining room or head outside to dine alfresco. After a day of fun, relax at home in the central AC. Call a spot on one of the reclining leather sofas and stream the latest release or take advantage of the free WiFi to post the day’s pics to social media. The house was as listed- clean, very roomy and entire check in was easy. Host responded to our emails almost immediately. 3 spring training venues were really close with the Suprise stadium in walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

The property was perfect size for our group of 6 adults. Home was clean, safe and well maintained. Would definitely book this property again.

Advertised as 3 full bath but there are only 2 showers upstairs and a toilet downstairs. The extra spacious master had a small shower and huge closet. We were surprised having no deep tub for such a large master like another house we also rented nearby. All bedrooms are upstairs. Did not have a garage door code or remote, nor hardcopy instructions like house rules, local recommendations, other advice. Only pantry items was a container of used salt and medicinal tea. There were many kitchen utensils except ladles. So we used a coffee cup to serve soup. Cleaning wasn't completed before our 4pm checkin and we finally moved in 1.5 hours late. One mattress was covered in plastic leaving the bottom sheet uncomfortably moist. That room also had no mirror. Niceties were the large pots, reverse osmosis system, living room power recliners, infrared fireplace, hand soaps at every sink, little Dove soaps, shampoos, detergent and dryer sheets left at the washer and dryer. Our group of 8 were comfortable and close to our tennis Nationals. Quiet neighborhood with nice walking paths. Worth it for the convenience.
