My1GetAway would like to introduce you to "Villa Encanto". Beautiful Spanish Villa on the quiet, desirable bay side of South Padre Island. Your family and friends can relax in this newly renovated, updated spacious open concept villa with all the modern comforts. Enjoy the AMAZING POOL or take a walk to the beach! Just a short walk to the bay where you can watch the sunset or just sit and breathe in the beauty of the Laguna Madre. Just a few blocks to the Poinsettia or Bougainvillea Circle beach access. Walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment.
Villa Encanto, a home perfect for families and entertaining! You'll find everything fresh, clean, and comfortable, from the bedding and linens to the furnishings. The neighborhood is safe and easy to navigate, making it a great choice for families!
Younger groups may book with additional deposit.
Upstairs features:
*Bedroom 1: Family suite. Primary bedroom with new king bed with private bath with twin over twin bunk .
*2nd full bathroom
*Bedroom 2: Couple’s retreat. King sized bed.
*Open concept kitchen
*Dining area with seating for 8 at the table and 4 at the counter
*Spacious living area with 65" Smart TV
Downstairs features
*Teenager’s Escape: An entertainment area with a wet bar, desk, and full over queen bunk with pullout trundle.
*Bedroom 3: family room with full size daybed with twin over full bunk with pullout trundle.
*3rd bathroom
*Laundry room with full size washer and dryer
Pool area features:
*Lounge chair seating
*Bar-b-que
*A heated pool ($25/day. Highly recommended Oct to May)
Pool care is twice weekly; however, mother nature can sometimes bring pollen or debris into the pool. Please notify us immediately should there be an issue and we will send someone out ASAP.
*Parking for up to 4 vehicles
*Public boat launch just a few minutes away
*Dolphin Watch, Deep Sea Fishing and other entertainment options all close by!

All linens and towels provided for your convenience (bath and beach!)

Attention: If you're looking for a party house, please do not book.
Pets (No cats) are welcome!
-There is pet fee $200/pet.

-must be crated when left alone. Pets are not allowed on furniture. There will be an additional fee if there is additional cleaning required.
-absolutely no pet in the pool! This is a $100 fine!
No wet clothing or swimsuits on the indoor furniture please.
Music and Noise: Please keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and quiet time is 10 pm. No rowdy/noisy parties allowed.
House code will be sent on the day of check-in.
