This is a huge advantage over buildings A and B. Both bedrooms have an ocean view. At night when the ocean goes dark, you'll still have amazing views of the lit pools and lush landscaping while taking in the ocean breeze. Walk outside to the nearby “Swim” restaurant and swim-up bar with its friendly staff, or follow the beautifully landscaped path to the beach. Head out to the tennis/pickle ball courts conveniently located on-site, enjoy the putting green, or hit the state of the art fitness center just outside your condo. Whether you want to explore your tropical paradise or relax in the tastefully decorated condo, Bella Sirena will be your new home away from home.

Bella Sirena 504D has been updated with new white Quartz countertops, kitchen backsplash, RO water system, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker and all new dishes and linens. Relocated master bedroom door which allowed for a brand new 65-inch TV in the living room. Both bedrooms have king size beds, flat screen TV’s, roomy closets, and convenient access to the balcony. Both bedrooms also have new luxurious pillow-top mattresses, pillows and crisp white bedding. In the living room you’ll find a queen sleeper sofa with a comfy, deluxe memory foam mattress. Blackout Curtains in guest bedroom and family room.

Other New Items include: Dryer, frameless shower glass doors, LED lighting, ceiling fans, kitchen table chandelier, beach towels, bath towels, new coastal décor and artwork, Nest thermostats, all new sliding glass doors, and keyless door entry system.

Enjoy an internet phone in the condo - guests can make unlimited free calls to the USA and Canada and local calls in town.

Two of the main pools are heated during the winter as well as the hot tubs. Two EV chargers free to use (guests only).

Bella Sirena is the most beautiful property in my opinion. The condo had a beautiful view of a sea Cortez and Bella Sirena pools… which Are fabulous! We will definitely be staying there again. The condo had every amenity you needed. The owners are wonderful to work with. If you have any questions or concerns, they are there for you.They definitely make your stay very comfortable.

My three boys and I stayed three nights in this condo. It’s in a great location, right near the pool bar, a short walk from the beach, and close to parking. The condo had everything we needed.

We really had a wonderful time at this Condo. We specifically chose it because of the simple, comfortable, and relaxing decor. It was a great size for the 5 of us- not crowded at all. They had lots of little extra amenities and plenty of supplies for our stay. And of course the best part- a roomy balcony with clear view of the ocean and out of the direct sun for the warm afternoons after a long day at the beach! The hosts were very helpful as a first-time renter of this condo, and very quick and responsive to any questions. Thank you for sharing your home away from home. We will be back!! OH! And my son said this was absolutely the most comfortable pull-out couch he has ever slept on!!

The condo was clean and nicely furnished with a large, functional kitchen. Owners were readily available and communicative for any questions. Favorite amenities offered by the condo include on-site gated parking, an expansive patio with dining table/seating and an ocean view accessible from each bedroom and the living room, tvs in 3 rooms, and lounge chairs and umbrella for the beach.

This place was perfect for our family of 4 plus two of our kids’ friends for Fall Break! Will and Kristin were amazing hosts and you can’t beat Bella Sirena. A beautiful condo with fantastic views of Sea of Cortez. Very comfortable furniture and beds, and a kitchen with everything needed for home cooked meals. 5 mins from the Links at Las Palomas and 15 mins from the Nicklaus designed course at Islas del Mar. It was perfect for our annual golf vacation!

We had such a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed our stay here! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the beach - towels, chairs and umbrella. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to make meals. And the beds are soooo comfortable! I will absolutely stay here again with my family. Beautiful views too. Highly recommend!

Will and Kristin truly made our stay phenomenal. We always come to Bella Sirena, we've stayed in a few different ones that we've really enjoyed. But this one has got to be our top favorite! Everything we needed was provided, it was super clean and tidy! The view from balcony was gorgeous and the outdoor furniture was great . Most importantly the communication with will and Kristin was outstanding. My whole family enjoyed the stay! Super comfy beds too, which was a nice perk. ☺️ we will definitely return in the near future. Thank you!

This Villa has absolutely everything you need, which was so great! Pool towels, beach chairs, all kitchen necessities! Cleanliness was a 10. Had a few minor confusions with the hot water/AC and Will, the villa owner was extremely efficient on responding. All in all we had the best time and will definitely stay in this Villa again

Our family enjoyed a relaxing getaway here over Christmas weekend 2022 and loved the beautiful views, walks on the sand, tennis, jacuzzi, margaritas and lots of great meals at the best local restaurants. The condo is spacious and was perfect for our family of 4. Will and Kristin have thought of everything you might need. Beach chairs, towels, Keurig pads and filtered water throughout the condo. The balcony is big — fabulous for viewing the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We look forward to returning z to 504D!

Bella Serena is easily the prettiest place to stay on Sandy Beach in Rocky Point. There are numerous pools including one with a swim up bar. It was nice to be able to walk to ( and even more importantly back) from the Wrecked at the Reef and Diego's Tiki Bar eateries. Nice for people wanting all of the beach amenities like banana boats, massages on the beach, and jet skis. You can even hear the resort music from your balcony, but don't worry, it ends at 9:00pm for us old folks!

We loved staying at this location! Hosts were very communicative and responded quickly. Kitchen was fully stocked and host left info for grocery delivery. We had a great time cooking breakfast with friends and being able to sit down and enjoy together inside or outside. Kitchen was fully stocked and hosts provide beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Patio has views of the ocean and pools. Very spacious and great decor! I will book with them again!
