Everything was perfect. We only recommend that they change the fan in the second room because it makes a lot of noise and it bothers you to sleep. Also, the door to the terrace does not close and a lot of noise from the air comes in. Everything else is perfect, location, room, property and the host was excellent. I would stay with them again Thanks

It's a lovely condo, with a great view of the ocean and pool area. It is open and comfortable, and the beds are very nice. Everything worked well, and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to staying there again.

The location was great for us. The condo is a little dated and some repairs need to be made but overall it's a nice place. We unfortunately had some heavy winds this trip and the sliding glass doors kept us up most of the night vibrating off each other. Just need to upgrade the sliders and it would surely make a difference for noise

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We really like the balcony and all the space in the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, etc.. We bring our food in a cooler and mostly stay at the resort and enjoy the beach and pool. It is nice and relaxing. :) This was our friends first time to Rocky Point, and they really enjoyed it.

First night we had no water….Boan was an amazing host and responded quickly. Let us know water to whole complex was off due to city water line failure. We had Warm water in guest bath the next 2 nights but we never got warm water in master bath….very quick showers! Condo was lovely and I would rent from Boan again but maybe not this property, unless he let us know warm water problem was fixed.

The place was good and the view is amazing, we enjoyed our time there the only down thing is there was no baby crib, booked this place because it was specified that they had a traveler baby crib. I have a 9 month old baby that i had to keep in beed with me (co Speel, never done it before due to safety) because i didn't have where to put him to sleep safely. Tried to contact the owner and im not sure how come i never received a reply back.

A few things to mention about this condo, the patio is AMAZING! However this place really needs an update! The guest bathroom towel holder is attached by medical tape, it takes OVER 20 minutes for the water to get warm in that bathroom. When contacting the owner he said its a long way to those oipes, however the master bath shower gets warm right Way. Furniture was worn and uncomfortable in the living room. Just not what we thought for a luxurous penthouse!

We had a great time! Beautiful place and beautiful condo. Staff was very friendly. There were some strong winds that shook the sliding glass doors pretty vigorously but other that that it was great!

My sister and I took my mom on a girls trip and stayed at this property. A great view is so important to us and this property did not disappoint! We had a completely unobstructed view of the ocean and beautiful grounds. I am SUPER picky about the views and this was better than the pictures. It was wonderful and we spent hours on the patio looking out into the ocean. The condo was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The staff was very helpful and got us right up to our room, helping us with all our bags. The condo was clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time enjoying the views and down at the beach. We were lucky enough to arrive as the hotel is completing quite a few new palapas. We really enjoyed the shade and chairs. We had brought our own set ups, but during the 3 days we were there, we didn't have any trouble getting chairs and a palapa. The hotel also had a small 'spa' that we used for massages and pedicures. The services were heavenly and great prices! I regretted not getting another massage before we left! ha ha! The owner of the condo was responsive and very helpful. We had a couple questions the first night and we appreciated his quick answers. Our expectations of the condo were exceeded and we loved it! We had a very special trip and will return!

Amazing condo! Very nice location and has the best view of all. Everything about it first class and very clean. Dont forget the security form from the owner', The guards at the gate will ask for it at ck in, we didnt have it but guards nicely helped us figure it out. We loved it, we will definetely come back! The place was beautiful and everything was great! The only hiccup was at the gate checking in. The owner has to send a letter to management you are coming and they did not have it. I had to dig for the number to the owner and it was atressful for a hot minute! He answered right away and took care of.it so that was great. We had a blast and everything else was perfect! We will be back!

Outstanding condo in an excellent location with a commanding view of Sandy Beach and the pool area.. It might just have the best balcony of all the Sun condos. Wide wraparound with no overhang to block the sun. Everything inside is first class. One caution, make sure you have the security form from the owner when you get to the gate, we didn't and the guards are sticklers for this. Will go back for sure!

Great location and view. Overall unit was outdated and beds were hard as rocks. Unit just needs a good ole fashioned renovation. Water pressure like other places in RP is horrible. Bathrooms, kitchen and living areas all are old. But, the view is awesome! Great experience with owner.

Had a great time. Only complaint is that the property has some wear and tear. Patio doors rattle when it’s windy. Carpet has loose threads. Patio chairs are torn. Lamp missing a bulb in living room.

Absolutely unbeatable views and location. The space is very large. Only downfall was that the water pressure is weak and the hot water was very hit or miss. However, this is pretty standard for Rocky point condos. Boan is very responsive and helpful. The graounds are clean and safe. Couldn’t be closer to the beach. Will rent again from Boan again.
