Come stay at this luxurious beach retreat in Holden Beach, NC! This beautiful second row home features three bedrooms and three and a half baths and is perfect for those looking for a peaceful week at the beach with all of the comforts of home. This home has two carports on the ground floor, a deeded beach access directly across the street, a stunning updated kitchen, a front porch with an ocean view, and a cozy sitting room with a panoramic marsh view for the whole family.

The bedrooms in the home are finely appointed with new Stearns & Foster mattresses and Coop pillows that will be sure to leave you feeling refreshed each morning. The beds are made up with designer bedding and fine linens. The kitchen features a coffee station with a Keurig and several varieties of K-cup coffees that will help you get your day off to a good start. The living room has two large couches and roomy chairs that provide ample room to spend quality time with family and friends when you are not out on the beach or exploring what Holden Beach has to offer. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the third floor also has a half bath accessible to guests that is not connected to the bedroom. Each bathroom comes with plush hotel-style bathroom towels. There are spacious decks facing the marsh on both the second and third floors, and the third floor has a deck facing the ocean complete with rocking chairs for maximum relaxation.

We certainly will not impose on you during your stay, but we will be available by message if you need anything.

There are two carports under the home and there is room in the driveways to for an additional two vehicles, allowing enough parking space for four total vehicles. There is beach access that is deeded with the house, so you will be able to access the beach by walking across the street. The access is across the street and to the left of the home with the "Contentment" sign on the front of it. Be sure to use caution crossing the road to get there; the ocean is a 2 minute walk from the house.

My wife and I stayed at Changes in Latitude over the 4th of July holiday and were extremely impressed with the property and also the hospitality of the owners. Teresa (property owner) actually followed up via email after the first 24hrs to see how our stay was going. She was wonderful to work with and made sure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The home is professionally decorated with comfortable furnishings. It has nice views of the marsh / IC in the back and some beach views in the front. The beach access is literally right across the street from the property so super convenient. We were very happy with the experience and highly recommended Changes in Latitude.

So happy we stumbled upon this gem. It’s right out of Pinterest! Loved the quality and unique decor, the fantastic views of the serene marsh, and the open layout. Everything was very clean and well cared for, and communication with the host was quick and easy. The outdoor shower was so helpful, and the walk to the beach was quick and easy even with a baby and small children. Our stay was exactly what we wanted, and we would totally book here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Latitude Adjustment! It is a beautiful home with easy beach access, and a wonderful view of the marsh on the back side. It comfortably accommodated our families in a clean, thoughtful, beautifully decorated home where no detail was left without consideration. We were ready to move in by the time we checked out, and hope to visit again soon.

Our family stayed here for a small beach wedding. The house was large enough to meet our needs, was very clean, and the beach access across the street was really great. Also had very nice views, which made for great evenings together.

This is probably the cleanest vrbo home we've stayed at to date! Everything was as advertised and more. Beautiful decor and comfortable, too! Easy communication and excellent rates. Definitely will book again!

Amazing house! Latitude Adjustment was absolutely perfect for us. Beautifully furnished and equipped, incredibly clean, and the beds were by far the most comfortable I’ve been in away from home. The marsh views are fantastic, it was super nice to enjoy our morning coffee while watching the deer and the birds. Beach access was literally right across the road, we could see our chairs and umbrella from the living room. Communication with the host was quick and they even mailed us a few small items we left behind. We had a small issue with the back door and the owner had a locksmith sent over right away. We got it fixed quickly and he even gave us a home grown watermelon he had in his truck, what a guy! This was a perfect beach getaway with our family before dropping our youngest off at college. By far the nicest VRBO I’ve rented. Will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect about our stay. The house was GORGEOUS! The design was impeccable. We loved all the special touches. The beach access across the street was so convenient. We had 4 adults & 5 teens, we had plenty of space to relax after a fun day at the beach. This was our first stay In Holden Beach…We will for sure do it again.

We loved our stay at Latitude Adjustment! The house was beautiful and each bedroom was perfect for the amount of guests staying with us. Everything was clean and all the cute details made for a perfect and easy stay. Customer service provided by the rental company was great! They reached out to make sure everything was ok and to make sure we had everything we needed! Great compared to the usual run around you need to do trying to get ahold of someone when something goes wrong. The only small improvement that I could suggest is that that air conditioning on the second floor seems to be motioned censored so when you come in from the heat it does take a while to cool down to a comfortable temperature. It would be nice ok if all the bedrooms were on the first floor.

The beach access was easy to find and easily accessible. The views of the tidal marsh were intriguing and full of nature! The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on, and the sound machine saved waking our baby. The bright, colorful details made the house fun and happy even when it was raining. Thanks again. We’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful girl's weekend in this beautiful home with nice views all around. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach and not far to the local restaurants. The owners were super attentive to any questions we had and very accommodating We loved the many little details throughout that make you feel special; but don't want to spoil it for future vacationers!! Just know that you will love this house and may not want to leave!! I know we will be back one day!

Great house and vacation!

We had a fantastic week with family and thoroughly enjoyed your home. The views were amazing and proximity to the beach was perfect! The amenities were an added bonus. Having towels and sheets provided took a lot of stress off of us. Just a few suggestions that future guests may appreciate—we didn’t have a broom and could only find 2 mops in the laundry closet. Also more pots and pans would be helpful. We always enjoy cooking in during the week. We did fill up the trash can rather quickly so an extra one may be beneficial. The house was fresh and clean and the storage space was a total plus! Thank you again for a great stay! Hopefully we can rent from you all again in the future!
