About this house rental

Incredible location! With a huge private yard backing to Puget Park woods, it’s perfect for a vacation, family get togethers or work trips! Open kitchen with Bertazzoni gas stove and S/S appliances. Main floor master, two second floor bedrooms, and huge third story bedroom. Located one block from public transport, and just a few minutes drive to Alki beach. Fiber optic gig speed internet and two desks for work. Pet friendly. Infant/child friendly. Early check in (1pm!) and late check out (1pm!).

Well equipped farmhouse with everything you need for great family reunion with dogs. Everyone had a great time with the convince of city and all its attractions nearby.

We stayed in this property for three nights with our family for Father’s Day. It exceeded all our expectations. We’ve stayed in many VRBO homes, and this was by far the best. Completely stocked with everything you need, clean as a whistle, and communication with the host was fabulous. We will definitely be back next year.

We had an amazing stay! The host and manager were so incredible to work with. We had a local event for my son’s rescue / nonprofit and we could not have asked for a better location. Thank you for everything!!!!

Every detail cared for. Beautiful decor, clean, private. We were pleasantly surprised how the home was set up with all essentials plus! This is a perfect home for families with little or big ones. Games, puzzles, books, toys, space, hot tub, etc. We had the best time and hope to come back another time. Thank you!!!

The Farmhouse is a great property. We had 6 adults, 2 young boys and a dog. We were amazed at the children's books and toys provided. The hosts provided paper towels as well as soaps and shampoos. The kitchen is well equipped and we baked several batches of Christmas cookies and rolls and cooked an amazing Christmas dinner. The Hosts went out of their way to prepare the house and set up beds for both of our young children. We all agreed that Christmas at the Farmhouse was very special with lots fo great memories.

Our gathering family very much enjoyed your well appointed home. The dog cousins really enjoyed the large play space in the back yard. We particularly appreciate the effort it takes to have a home full of live plants! Thanks!

Our stay here was great. Such an amazing outside area. Owner made sure the entire place is kids friendly. There are games everywhere (outside n inside) for children and adults. Owner has kept the property very clean and tidy. Beautiful decor inside. For our family gathering/events, it was a perfect place. The communication with the owner always went smooth.

Great property to spend time with our family from across the country. 20 minutes from SeaTac Airport, short drive to Alki Beach where you can catch a ferry to downtown, and local grocery stores and restaurants are plentiful.

This house is a beautiful, comfortable, clean and well stocked place to stay! We rented the house to see family and held a small baby shower there. We could not have been happier! The large private yard is awesome for kids! The fire pit is a great gathering space. We were easily able to get downtown with the bus stop at the end of the street. Owner is very responsive to questions. We had a very relaxing stay, would definitely recommend!!

Just a great place. We had a wonderful family get together. There is a 10pm quiet time for outdoors. It worked great for us. We had a pretty campfire while talking quietly till 11pm. I would highly recommend this place.

What a dreamy, peaceful spot! There were 2-6 ladies at the house at any give time, for a little RihannaBowl Galentines Day weekend with friends. We loved the space, the expansiveness of the outdoors, room to cook, comfy beds, lovely hot tub, super nice host and all the plants in the house!

The farmhouse is great. With a big private yard looking out into a park it feels very remote and private. The layout is great and the house is well-appointed. I felt really privileged to have the chance to stay there.

This was a great house for our needs. It easily slept seven adults and could have fit more. We also made good use of the kitchen, which was outfitted with almost all the tools needed for our large family dinner. There was plenty of parking for our visitors as well. The neighborhood felt safe and if the weather had been warmer we would've taken advantage of the spacious yard. This house has what you'd need for kids too! In particular we enjoyed that there were boardgames for varying ages. We had a lovely stay in the area and would definitely choose this spot again.

We had an amazing stay, property was well setup. We loved the big yard and the fire pit area. Hot tub was great but would be nice if it was a touch bigger. All in all, wonderful place!

The house is in a great location. AMAZING yard and outdoor area! There's a lovely hot tub and the bathrooms and kitchen were full of everything we needed for a successful stay! We had a team get together one night and it was team that we've never met in person and the house helped create memories we will never forget!

The house came with pretty much anything you could need: pots, pans, spices, wifi internet, a TV with subscription services, etc. The fire pit was a nice selling point for my crew of visiting friends. Transportation was frustrating with the West Seattle Bridge being out- but all in all we enjoyed our stay. Price was definitely on the expensive side, which is why I gave 4/5 stars.

We had a family emergency that changed our trip but this was the perfect property for our family during our stay. Very thankful to have had this as our home base.

Great for young kids

The house is beautiful and well stocked for guests. This was an extended family trip with four kids all 6 and under. Not only was the backyard great for running around, but the house is equipped with a ton of outdoor toys (balls, rackets, sidewalk chalk and more). Indoors there are a variety of games, puzzles, toys and drawing supplies. Getting into Seattle was also quite convenient. This was the perfect house for a family vacation! (It is worth noting that the stairs to the third level are incredibly steep and narrow - I would have let my 6 yr old sleep on the third floor, but wouldn’t have felt comfortable with my 3 yr old sleeping on the third floor)

This was a great place!! Clean and beautiful! Slept 9 adults easily! The yard is great with hot tub, fireplace, grill and volleyball. Wish would have had more time to enjoy it!
