About this house rental

Located in the center of Seattle, Wallingford is an area where you can find a lot of amazing spots like restaurants, grocery stores, etc. This house is newly remodeled this year and can host up to 12 guests - featuring 5 bedrooms with 6 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, 1 fully stocked kitchen, 1 well equipped kitchenette, and a lot of modern living space on both levels. This kind of space, central location, and well-decorated touch, is definitely a rare find!

** The detached ADU is NOT included.

Welcome to our newly remodeled house in the heart of Wallingford, one of Seattle's best neighborhoods. This spacious home features 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, spread across 2 separate units with private entrances. Whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends, our home offers plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

The house consists of two units, which can be used together or separately.
- The upper unit, Unit A, sleeps up to 6 guests and includes 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a comfortable living room, and a dining area.
- The lower unit, Unit B, also sleeps up to 6 guests and features 2 bedrooms with 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, a kitchenette, a cozy living room, and a dining room.
Unit A and Unit B are connected by a door, so they can be combined and used as one entire home if desired.

Each unit comes with a 55-inch smart TV and its own washer/dryer, so you can stay connected and do laundry without leaving the comfort of your home away from home.

When you're ready to explore the neighborhood, you'll find that our home is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. If you want to venture further afield, downtown Seattle is just a short bus or car ride away.

You will have access to the entire house, but NOT including the detached ADU.

Location! Location! Location! You will get to experience the convenience of living in the heart of Wallingford, where you can easily walk to the grocery stores, coffee shops, cafes, and some of the best dinning places Seattle has to offer. 10 mins drive to downtown Seattle, easy access to I-5 and Hwy 520 to visit Bellevue, Redmond, and other beautiful Pacific NW cities!

The house is located in Wallingford, which is the heart of Seattle. It's incredibly close to restaurants, malls, transportations, and major attractions.

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

4.【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We've got exemption from Airbnb so please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.

6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.

8.【NO late check-out】
Unfortunately we can't accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests.

9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.

10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $100 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).

We went to watch the huskies play volleyball and stayed here to rest. The location is great in a safe neighborhood.

The house is exceptionally clean inside. New appliances, freshly painted, comfortable furniture. It is perhaps 1/3 of a mile from the water, a fantastic running trail. We would come here again.
