***Other things to note:
>You will be assign a VIP service representative that will take care of all your needs. Resort has over 120 villas, it is impossible to show exact villa you would be staying in, but all villas are of very good quality and similar in looking to the photos I posted.
>Resort does not allow any pets.
***Please note that last minute reservations are not guaranteed. If you'd like to book trip less than one week in advance, please contact us first to confirm availability.
>To complete the booking, please provide the complete names and ages of all persons that will be staying in the villa.
***Minimum occupancy policy is 1 person per bedroom. If less than 4 persons will be checking in, resort will downgrade villa accommodation according to occupancy policy.
***Minimum 4 night stay
***NOTE: All-Inclusive package is mandatory for all guests and is not included in the rental price. The All-inclusive fees are charged by resort at check-in. The rates are:

>>$72.50USD per child, per night (children ages 3-11)
***For months May, June, September and October rates are:
