Exceptional 4th floor condo offering fabulous views to the South and South west! Master suite offers a King size bed, Guest Room offers 2 Queen Beds and there is a pull out sofa in the living room. When you are not at the beach or splashing around the water park you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the expansive views.

The park is an all- year round of fun for children and adults: 2 large heated pools, a lazy river, water slides, kids splash area, and complete with a restaurant and a tiki bar. The charming town of Indian Rocks Beach offers extensive eateries all within walking distance. Stroll to dinner at The Original Crabby Bills, JD's Restaurant & Lounge, PJ's Oyster Bar, Slyce, Jakes Cantina, and Villa Gallace. Also within walking distance are the CVS, Chic-A-Si Park which features lighted bocce ball courts and the charming Indian Rocks Historical Museum for the history lovers! And lets not forget the beach!!! Gorgeous miles of sugar white sand and blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has only 1 permitted parking space. Extra parking passes can be purchased at the Holiday Inn where you can park in there lot.

Despite this being our 3rd visit to this resort it was the first time staying in this unit. We checked in on a Sunday and the access instructions and all required passes were easily accessible. The unit was clean and very well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The management company were on hand for a small incident which was resolved within a couple of hours. We absolutely love this location, having a 3 1/2 year old in our party it was just perfect to walk a few steps from the pool to the unit for drinks and snacks or just to take a break for a couple of hours. The passes for the water park being included in the rental rate is a huge bonus. The beach is also just a short walk away where white sands and blue seas await. Had a great time again, and hope to be back again next year.

Unit was clean and had most things we needed. SOme starter coffee and sugar would have been nice. Plenty of towels. Parking if you have more than one vehicle is challenging. Would definatly stay again.

Wonderful condo! Would definitely come back with my family. Had all the necessary beach stuff. Canal was beautiful and loved seeing all the wildlife. You do not hear the waterpark noise inside which is very nice! Waterpark is a nice perk! Beach accesses are a very short walk! Convenient to local eateries and shops.

We just had such a great week in Indian rocks Beach. This unit was clean, the property company was communicative and responsive. We love the water park as well as the proximity to the beach. The location couldn’t be any more convenient for our young family. Highly recommend… We will be back!!

We loved the location for this condo and were able to walk to dinner each night as well as to the beach. It was nice to have the beach wagon for all of our stuff! Lovely views from the balcony. Condo was well stocked in the kitchen as well as in the beach closet!

The condo is perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The beach wagon and chairs made it very easy to cart all of our things back and forth to the beach. The staff was exceptionally attentive, even after our stay. Location was perfect, close to anything at all we needed. Surprisingly it was very quiet at night with all the hustle and bustle during the day. The Harbor view is gorgeous and very relaxing. The master bed squeak was annoying but not a deal breaker.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was perfect! It was myself, my mother and my 1.5 year son. This location was perfect for him and us. It is within walking distance to multiple great restaurants, bar/food onsite at the water park (top notch Rum Runners!), and it was CLEAN. The condo was clean and they keep the waterpark so clean as well. The staff at the waterpark is also so nice, welcoming, and helpful. The condo was great with the water view, full kitchen, two bathrooms/bedrooms, etc. The patio was safe for my son to run around (supervised) on and the condo was very "kid friendly". When we arrived the cleaning lady was taking extra care to make sure the unit was free from broken glass (previous renters) because she knew we were coming with a little one. Talk about caring! Highly recommend. We will be next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this location and unit. It was perfect for our family of 5. The water park is small but our kids enjoyed at least an hour or two a day at the park and the rest of the day we loved the beach that was a short walk away. We really appreciated the beach wagon full of chairs and sand toys. There were quite a few restaurants within a short walking distance and all were good. It is a 20 min drive or trolley ride from both St. Pete's and Clearwater. We also did one day trip (45 min drive) to Busch Gardens which was a blast. There is also a grocery store about 5 min away so we stocked up on food for the week. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when any questions arose.

CVS in walking distance and lots of great spots to eat nearby as well! Water park was great! Condo is absolutely beautiful, very clean and spacious. Only suggestion would be that the owner replace beach towels, some were a bit tattered....but we appreciated the fact that towels were provided none the less.

Location was great. Balcony faced intercostal water. If you can’t be on beach, this is the next best thing. Condo is beautifully decorated. Water park definitely had a lot of kids, but we still enjoyed it. Parking garage was a little tight for SUVs and large trucks. Definitely would stay here again.

The condo is a great vacation spot with plenty of space and the kids enjoyed access to the water park. Beach is close by as well as access to restaurants. Was also convenient to have cvs close. Only complaints about our stay was the king bed in the one bedroom. We barely got any sleep due to an uncomfortable mattress and bedframe that would make loud creaking noise with any small movement. Also the second bedroom could use a dresser instead of what currently in the room.
