The balcony right of the main living and dining area is perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. It’s complete with seating for 4 & an electric BBQ.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make quality meals from home. Cook like a pro w/ exquisite kitchen appliances including an Instant Pot. The sturdy wooden dining table seats 6, plus there are 3 seats at the kitchen counter.
After the sun sets, rest your head in one of this home’s 5 comfortable beds. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are both on the ground floor. Both rooms feature 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, & one with a 65" Smart TV w/ cable and the other a 42” 4K Smart TV w/ cable. The shared bathroom on the ground floor offers a shower/tub combo & separate vanity area. The 5th bed in the home is a queen located in the open loft on the third floor, which overlooks the main living area. The loft doubles as an office with a desk & chair for anyone working remotely.

Myself, my husband, our 6 year old daughter and husband’s parents, stayed 3 nights for my daughter’s spring break. It was the perfect place for us! Lakeland Village is an amazing location - VERY close to Heavenly Village and right on the water! Doesn’t get much better for SLT. There were some things that required some attention during our stay and the management team was responsive and the items were handled immediately. Very much appreciated that! One small downside is some of the mattresses are a little uncomfortable and could use a replacement. We will likely return for a getaway in the summer! Thanks for an excellent trip!

We stayed at the start of winter and found the property to be well designed for the snow season - double door entry with a large space for wet boots/jackets etc.
The home is comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed the kids books and games that were available for our toddlers. Lots of room to relax and play, and the well equipped kitchen allowed us to make meals easily.
The beds weren’t as comfy as we’d like, but it was good having two big rooms on the same floor so we were close to sleeping kids overnight.
We had a leaking tap during our stay and it was fixed within hours - very impressed with the maintenance service!
Location is great with restaurants & grocery store just a minute’s walk away. Great access to the lake and a short drive to Heavenly base & the gondola.

In general the unit was very clean but there was a LOT of mildew on the shower heads and around the bath enclosure. We enjoyed the location of the rental but parking was nearly impossible for most of our stay. This was partially due to possible overbooking (July 4th holiday), some spaces being blocked by construction equipment, and, of course, unauthorized vehicles. It made the stay more expensive as we ended up having to use alternative transportation and leaving our rental parked once we got an actual spot. We enjoyed the living room and the bedrooms worked just fine for our needs! We had forgotten about the lack of A/C and it was extremely hot when we arrived but quickly cooled down with the windows open...very pleasant to sleep with them open and it was only uncomfortably warm for a couple of hours in the afternoon. The beach access was a treat and easy to walk to but there was almost no free space. Tents that looked seasonally permanent (sand bags and buckets) lined the beach on both sides of the dock. Some sat unoccupied all week which is disappointing that the spaces would be claimed and then unused. Overall a decent experience as it was a place to rest/gather after adenturing the beauty around us. Thanks!

This is a great Lake Tahoe condo for up to 8 people. Clean and neat and good quality kitchen tools and appliances. The owners thought of every single need for vacationers. RnR responded immediately to our request for a drip coffee maker, and to a couple other routine questions. I will definitely reserve this unit for our next Tahoe vacation. Wonderful place to stay!

Perfect for the four of us. Plenty of room. The community very clean and it was east to access all amenities.
Only negative: per house instructions since there is no air conditioning, keep blinds and windows closed in the day time and open in the evening when it’s the cooler time of day. Unfortunately most of the windows on the third floor loft and living room could not be opened. The windows are located very high with no access ie stool or stick to unlock and open. With the 2 skylights letting heat in and no way to open the windows, the townhouse was 79-80 degrees in the afternoons. When the sunset the townhouse did cool off but not until 9pm or so.

Enjoyed our time and the ability to walk down to the water for the beautiful Tahoe sunsets.

Our family had a great time at the home. The location was great with a lot of restaurants, shops and beach access. Our boys loved the playstation during downtime and the property had great amenities available with our favorite being able to easily go between the beach and pool!

The property was really nice, and loved having the PS5 there. The location was phenomenal—so close to Heavenly, right in town, right next to the perfect pancake house. Beds were super comfortable, and having the lake right there was also such a perk.
I think the owners should provide better instructions as to how to get to the actual townhouse—the parking is very confusing, and they could easily instruct people to turn into the driveway right after Heidi's Pancake House. They should also give a map as to where the unit is, because it can be kind of hard to find in the dark.
The last thing I'll add is that the cleaning fee is kind of nuts given that we were required to take all of the trash out, clean all of the dishes, and move all of the towels into the bathrooms. That part definitely feels like a scam.
Overall, I'd recommend staying here! I had a really great time.
