About this house rental
Bournecoast are absolutely delighted to offer this modern, four bedroom detached house which has an excellent opportunity for those who want to holiday in a town centre location within easy access to all that the fabulous town of Bournemouth can offer. The house benefits from magnificent sea views, can sleep 10 comfortably, has a snug/cinema room and a games room in case the weather isn't perfect! The house is in an ideal location just a short walk from the sandy beaches, pier and the BH2 Cinema complex where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants and a movie.
THE ACCOMMODATION:
On the third floor is the Master Bedroom which has lots of space with a walk in wardrobe area, a King Size Bed, a sofa bed to sleep 1 or 2 and a 55" SMART TV. This bedroom benefits from sea views and patio doors which lead on to a balcony. Leading off this bedroom is a modern ensuite shower room with a double shower cubicle and a toilet. On the second floor are three additional bedrooms. The second bedroom is a Double Bedroom with a King Size Bed and a spacious, modern ensuite shower room with a toilet. The third bedroom is a Double Bedroom with panoramic sea views and a modern ensuite shower room with a toilet. The fourth bedroom is a Twin Bedroom, opposite there is a bathroom with a bath, shower and a toilet.
On the upper ground floor is the focus point of the house and living area, with sea views from the 8.0m x 3.0m deck and wrap around terrace. The open plan living area, with bifold doors to the decking area, includes a 50" SMART TV - FREEVIEW - FREE WIFI (subject to availability from the Internet service Provider). From the lounge is the dining area with patio doors which give access through to the side wrap around garden. Off the dining area is the modern kitchen with granite work surface, a breakfast bar and a GAS HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - MICROWAVE OVEN - DISHWASHER - AMERICAN FRIDGE/FREEZER - NESPRESSO COFFEE MACHINE - AIR FRYER.
There are stairs down to the lower ground floor where you will find the games room with a dart board and 7ft multifunction table, including pool, air hockey and table tennis. This leads into the snug with a 65" SMART TV. Off the games room is a second kitchen with a WASHING MACHINE - TUMBLE DRYER - MICROWAVE - FRIDGE - ONE RING HOB and a separate shower room and toilet.
This lovely house has a large decked dining area as well as a grassed area and side return laid with patio and a BBQ. There is parking in the drive for two cars.

Location amazing, neighbourhood not so much.?Really liked the living space all open plan on one floor and nice bedrooms. To make it even better, I’d strongly suggest a stair gate at the top of the stairs in the kitchen, remove lime scales from all rain fall shower heads as we had to do that to get any water of note. Also, the overall cleanliness was poor. Bin was disgusting behind the bin bag so my wife ended up bleaching it. The hoover didn’t pickl up so we had to clean it out thoroughly and still not sure how good it was and lastly, better to have no metal garden seats than rusty broken ones. In general a lovely property well situated BUT missed opportunities to really shine for us. Really deserved 3.5 stars.?

The property is as seen on line. Excellent location, very well equipped and large enough to provide enough space and privacy for nine people.
The outside patio is a good size but needs the glass boundaries to be cleared of cobwebs and a general clean. However we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house

We stayed as family with 2 dogs for a week. Great location, lots to do for all ages and lots of places to take the dogs for walks and even out to eat with us. House is huge, nice to have room to all be together but also enough space to have quite time too. Garden was safe but the pond was a bit of an issue for one our dogs as he loves water. There was lots of stairs so not ideal if anyone struggles. Overall the house was a realy nice place to stay, it had everything we needed inside and out, the only downside was it could have been a bit cleaner, maybe a good deep clean once or twice a month inside and out.

The house is situated 5 mins from the main high street, which was great. The surrounding area is a bit hilly. Loud voices and noises from party goers can be heard quite clearly in the loft room at the top of the house. One of the double rooms was very bright in the morning. Lovely welcome pack. Very well equipped with all everyday household appliances. The children loved the games room. The balcony was great for drinks and socialising.. We even had a bbq - equipment was available, just had to buy the coals. Clean and comfortable.
