About this villa rental
The Villages charming 2/2 Colony Villa on a corner lot in Liberty Park. Includes gas golf cart. Conveniently located between both Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing. Within minutes to the neighborhood community pool, postal station, dog park, quick easy access to golf cart path, Sea Breeze & Lake Mona Recreation Centers, pickle ball & tennis courts, Cane Garden Country Club, championship & executive golf courses, shopping, dining & nightly dancing & entertainment on the squares -- enjoy all the amenities The Villages has to offer.
The "Palm Oasis" property was completely refreshed in 2022 which includes luxury vinyl flooring throughout and all new bedding and linens to make your stay nothing less than PALM-tastic. The property has all the comforts of home: 4 person golf cart with golf bag holder, 2 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 baths, one with shower, other with tub shower. Each bedroom comes with additional pillows and blankets for your comfort. Outside open patio with gas grill, enclosed lanai with love seat and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain guests.
You will have two options to obtain a guest pass. A guest ID which is free or you can purchase a Temporary Lifestyle Resident ID from The Villages for $50.00 which includes two passes. Either option is only valid during the time of your stay. I will send additional information prior to your stay so these can be ordered and ready when you arrive.
Make sure you read and understand the house rules that apply to the golf cart. The golf cart is being provided as a courtesy. If for any reason the cart does not function properly, you will not be given a replacement cart. You will be responsible for renting your own cart. If you would like to rent a cart instead, please let us know.

Stephanie does a fantastic job with her property. It is super clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feel like home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we will stay again in the future because what they offer is consistent. The house is stocked with all the supplies you'd need and the pool is right there along with a rec center. The golf cart is a great add too. We just love it there!!!

The screen porch was wonderful. We had our coffee and read the paper every morning out there. Very convenient location as well.

The Palm Oasis is a beautiful home in the villages. My family came to visit from California and had a great time. The home is clean, spacious, stocked well and near activities. It was a wonderful place to spend a few days site seeing. Highly recommend renting this house.

Our stay was fun and this 2 bdrm property was excellent for our stay. The inside was very clean with up to date appliances and furnishings. The location is excellent because you're in the center of all nearby restaurants and town squares. Our check-in went well with no problems. We already miss being there. Also having the golf cart was an extra bonus and enjoyable for getting around. Thank You and we would definitely stay here again.

Usually I stay with my parents when I visit the villages. This time I decided to get my own place. I'm glad I did. It's nice to take a break away and be more comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and each room had its own bath. I took a walk every morning and the neighbors I met were very friendly. I didn't utilize the kitchen, but it was well equipped if I wanted to. We were able to wash and dry clothes so you don't have to over pack for a week long trip. The hosts were communicative throughout. I highly recommend.

Everything is as stated, house is roomy and comfortable.. check in was very easy and owner responds instantly.. love the gulf cart didn’t need a rental car.. We had everything we needed for a very fun, enjoyable vacation. Definitely will be staying again and again. Home owners definitely put a lot of thought into making their home like our home. Not only was the location of this home fantastic, the neighborhood is quiet as well. The home was extremely clean and had literally everything you needed right there! The beds were very comfortable as well. It was super nice having a golf cart to use. The home is located between both town squares (Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood) it is closer to the LSL square. The neighborhood pool was clean and everyone we met was very nice. Not only would I recommend a stay at this home, but we will definitely be returning there ourselves. Stephanie responded immediately to any questions we had. We absolutely loved this place and you will too!!

We were so pleased when we entered our rental. It smelled fresh and was so clean. Usually I have to clean first to feel comfortable, but not here, it was spotless! Beds were great, large fluffy white towels and a great workable kitchen. Owners were super nice and responsive. We highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed our short vacation at this home. The home is very spacious inside with a well stocked kitchen. There’s a cute lanai as well as a patio with a gas grill. The beds are very comfortable and the showers work great. It is a bit far out to drive late at night to Sumpter Landing so I would suggest using an Uber but otherwise the cart is fun to drive around. Stephanie is an excellent communicator which is always nice. We definitely will stay here again.

Just finished a three night stay at this lovely property! Probably one of the nicest properties we have stayed in! Decorating was so bright and cheerful. Things to love about the property :a comfortable screened in porch, perfect for reading or napping, a well stocked kitchen, plush towels, spices galore, comfortable spacious bedrooms, golf cart included, great communication with the owner. All of this on top of the great music to dance to at Lake Sumpter Landing. We will be back. Consider yourself blessed if there is an opening at this vacation rental.

This rental is a hidden-gem in The Villages. This comfortable and cozy home is tucked away towards the back of the subdivision, lending itself to a peaceful environment.
The home had everything we needed, host was easy to contact and very helpful, beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower in the master bath is INCREDIBLE.

Gary and Stephanie are the best hosts anyone could ask for. They have such a clean and beautiful home with so many accommodations.The golf cart is a blast to go out on during the evening time. We were able drive around and see all the neat little stores, restaurants and shopping stores. If you’re a golf lover this is the place to be. On a side note we just moved here from Texas to Florida during the week of hurricane Ian and they were so helpful and caring. We were able to get in and settled before the storm hit.

What a lovely home in a great location, with easy access to Sumter Landing and Brownwood. House is exactly as shown, clean, very comfortable and neat, and well appointed with necessities. Having an available golf cart was also great as trying to rent one during the busy season can be tough. We had a very fun vacation, and having a nice house to stay in made it even better.

Awesome Villa!
My husband and I rented this property to investigate the Villages as a potential retirement destination. We couldn't have been more pleased with the property. It was super clean and freshly decorated. Everything we needed was available. Stephanie and Gary are excellent hosts. We had trouble using the Smart TV and Gary came over to show us how it worked. Stephanie responded to all of my questions immediately. We would definitely stay here again!
