Why cross the street to get to the beach, when you can stay at
“What a View” and be steps from your own private beach!

Seascape is located just west of Seawall and sits directly on the beach, so there is no need to walk across the street. Located on the first floor with elevator access, this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo will accommodate up to 8 guests.

Relax with a cup of coffee on a lazy vacation morning on a large tiled balcony while taking in the amazing gulf view.

The kitchen has recently been updated and is well equipped with beautiful granite countertops and plenty of space. The kitchen has an island with seating for three, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, a Keurig & a regular coffee pot, waffle maker and griddle, along with all the utensils, flatware, glasses, pans, etc. You will also find a frozen drink/margarita machine. Everything that you would need for those days you just want to sit back and relax.

The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a king-size bed for your comfort with a new wall mounted 42” Smart TV. Two bunk beds in the hall, and a double size sleeper sofa in the living room.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a new 55” Smart TV. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the closet for your convenience. Linens and towels will also be provided.

Both bathrooms offer an oversized walk-in shower, large one sink vanity and wall mounted blow dryers.

Deck box is filled with beach and pool toys. There is a fold up wagon designed for the beach to help lighten the load. And beach chairs.

Seascape amenities include direct beach access, elevators, 2 heated pools (one is a kids pool), 2 hot tubs, and BBQ pits.

Seascape Resort is a gated community with a security guard and covered parking.

Extremely impressed with the view, cleanliness, hospitality regarding ALL the comforts of home plus, fantastic location and host’s communication!!! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone especially with children! The access to the beach is a very short, easy walk and the view of the beach and pool from the spacious balcony is fantastic! The showers are conveniently located between the beach and the beautiful pool. 2 hot tubs and one for adults only. The pool area is very clean and designed well to accommodate a lot of guests comfortably. There is plenty of nice pool furniture in the shade and sunny area of the pool. All the amenities you can imagine are provided throughout the condo and even beach toys, beach towels, chairs and a wagon!! We didn’t even unload our toys. Plenty of children to play with my grandchildren and well behaved ( meaning no excessive noise or splashing). Location is ideal to restaurants, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbaghn , the Strand. We took my daughter and grandchildren and could not have had a better time or experience!!!!Thanks!!!

This is the second time we have stayed at this facility. "What a View" was a great experience. We enjoyed the extra space this unit had and made good use of the washer/dryer. Views of the Gulf in the morning were wonderful. Lots of built in amenities. Defiantly would book again.

The location of the place is perfect, as it was on the first floor, and we could see the pool and the Gulf. We used so much of the "extras," as in boogie boards, beach towels, etc. Everything was clean and welcoming. Communication was great, because we're old and couldn't figure out the TV volume. We also weren't sure how to get pool tags. Loved our stay!!!

We absolutely loved this property! 2 days of rest before we started our cruise was the perfect start of vacation! Everything is as described on VRBO. Super clean, beds were very comfortable, and it was so quiet!!!

This is the best set up for a beach stay. Everything was spotless! Kitchen is well stocked, organized and labeled. They even had sippy cups and a small bathroom stool for little ones. Security circulates on property. Pool and hot tub area is meticulously maintained. You are literally steps away from beach access. Only thing we would change is stay longer!

My family stayed at this condo during my daughter’s cheer competition. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were a ton of games available for the kids. I would stay here again.

We had a great time with our young kids here! The location is perfect for the fun seasonal attractions, restaurants, and of course, the beach! The property was just the right size for our family of five. Aside from a minor mishap with the key code, the property manager very promptly returned our call to reset the passcode so we could enter the condo. It has everything you need to enjoy a little rest and relaxation on island time!

Everything about the condo was very nice. Super clean, nicely decorated, the view was great as was the large balcony. Fully stocked with everything you could think of and more. Right on the beach and could fully see the ocean and pool as well. Restaurants and stores were very close, the furthest being around 15 minutes away.

You thought of everything!! Just as described and even more. Convenient location with easy beach access. Great parking. Perfect condo with comfortable beds. Bathrooms clean and amazing shower. Plenty of places to charge and plug in. Great view from the balcony. The perfect getaway for 2 childhood friends!!!!

The location, grounds, parking and especially the What A View Condo were all fantastic. Our family had a wonderful time and felt right at home! You couldn’t ask for anything more, as the condo was clean, decorated nicely, comfortable, and stocked with everything you need. Owner was a joy to work with! The condo was very nicely decorated, comfortable, and had everything that we could possibly need for our stay. The condo, along with the pool and beach areas were all clean and well maintained. The location is perfect with quick access to Schlitterbahn, Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, and multiple restaurants and grocery stores. The pool area is very nice, however, the "pool police" (as referred to by many) was overbearing with enforcing the rules to her discretion and harassed every family and couple at the pool while we were there. One of the rules posted is "no profanities" but this obviously didn't apply to her. I should also mention that the elevator was broken for our entire stay. The condo is located on the first floor (above parking), so while only being a slight inconvenience for us, it could pose a problem for handicap or elderly visitors. Stacy was easy to get in touch with and was always quick and pleasant when responding to my questions. It's apparent that she's put a lot of thought and love into her condo. Overall my kids and I really enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend and would love to stay here again in the future.

It was such a beautiful and cozy place to stay. We had a small incident with the fire alarm in the early morning, however they were amazing about getting it fixed in a timely manner and made accommodations to our bill. Loved it would refer friends and family anytime.

Property was very clean and well kept. Perfect location for daily beach visits! Just a short drive to the Pleasure Pier and downtown Galveston there was more than enough to explore!! The kids loved nighttime swimming and the adults enjoyed relaxing on the swings. Will definitely be a place we come back to!

This was the first time in Unit # 1113 and 32 years staying at Seascape. The unit was clean and well furnished, will definitely try to reserve unit for next stay. Seascape is always neat and well cared for but the building themselves are older. The only valid complaint I could have are the elevators are not reliable. Every year they seem to have issues and we have elderly in our group so it is an issue that I wish they could solve.

The condo was clean, organized and stocked up with everything you’d need for your trip. It was the perfect size for my husband, two kids and my mom. The location was ideal with only a few steps to the pool and just a few more to the beach. We would definitely stay there again for future visits!
