We had an incredible time staying at this VRBO! The home was absolutely perfect location as it was a very short walk to beach and to town. The home was very clean and spacious. We had a brief issue with the AC system and the management company came to resolve the issue immediately. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time - the rental was clean and looked just like the pictures in the listing. You can walk down to the beach, it isn't terribly far but you can't use the golf cart because they won't let you park it in Rosemary, so that is good to know. The pool was great for the kids we had, they loved having that and the management company was very helpful when I need it. Overall, great stay!

Me and a bunch of my girlfriends came to visit and it was an absolute hit! The house alone was absolutely amazing. Perfect for a large group. Pool was perfect/ shaded a little which was needed since it was summer time. Kitchen had everything you needed. Absolutely stunning and comfortable home. The location by itself should be a reason to stay here again and again. The beach was down the road and easy access. Walking distance truly. The golfcart was AMAZING to have. We went to Gallion’s for dinner and would also recommend that. Shopping was 10/10. Everything was so close by the house. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall this property is beautiful!! Super close to downtown rosemary and close to Alys beach and inlet beach. Loved the area so much and close to beach access and grocery stores.
A few things that were not the best was multiple bed sheets that were either dirty or stained, there was a cockroach/beetle bug crawling around in the place above the garage and 4 or so spiders in the main house, the chairs by the pool literally had dirt stains on them from previous stays that looked like a human body and were very dirty all in all, they also don’t have number of cups for how much the place “sleeps” (example: they only had 6 coffee cups for a 16 sleeper) so we had to consistently wash dishes to accommodate for our group, and finally, no one was able to connect to the WiFi which was also a downfall.
We did have a leaky faucet which they did send someone to fix and they were good at answering questions we had so that was nice!
Please be aware there are limited supplies given, garbage bags you only have the ones to start and once those are full you need to supply your own, and there are no beach towels, only bathroom towels so make sure to bring beach towels!
The post also mentions ALL these amenities that DONT actually come with the Vrbo like bikes, boat, tennis, etc. the Vrbo does not have any of that as an “amenity”, it’s just available things to do near by so less an amenity and more of a “things to do near by”.

This house has the potential to be a great place to stay. However, the following is a list of issues that were a concern.1. The tap water had a Sulphur smell. 2. The swimming pool was dirty.3. There were scuff marks on many of the interior and exterior walls. Made the property look neglected.4. Furniture in the living room was stained.5. There was a queen-sized mattress on a king-size box spring in one of the bedrooms. The mattress was also bowed.6. The keypad for the garage door did not work initially. This kept us from using the golf cart and beach chairs, etc. for 1 1/2 days.

The home and carriage house were very nice and well appointed. We requested the pool be heated for our stay and it was nice and warm. The golf cart was a nice bonus but golf carts are not allowed to park anywhere in Rosemary so you can ride around in it but you cannot park it. Our only negatives were that the drains in the showers did not drain well, there was a dirty blanket that had been folded and put back on the shelf in the closet and there was pet hair in a couple of the outdoor chairs. The house is in a great location and overall very nice

When my family arrived, the pool area was a mess and the heater had not been turned on (which we paid a lot of money to have heated). The only downstairs bathroom had a hand written “out of order” sign on it from the last renters, and despite many promises, the bathroom remained out of order during our entire stay. This problem was magnified by the fact that I had a broken foot (in a boot) and the owners wouldn’t allow me access to the elevator to go up and down the stairs to the bathroom or to the 3rd floor primary bedroom. The pocket door to the primary bedroom won’t lock or even stay closed, and no separate potty room, so we had to prop a piece of luggage against the door when we needed privacy. One of the nightstand lamps in the primary bedroom was missing. Several of the remotes to the TVs were missing, rendering them useless. Bring your own wine glasses. They only have plastic ones. Stains on the slipcovered couches. The place has such good potential. It’s too bad that it isn’t better maintained. We liked having a golf cart, even though you really can’t go anywhere except up and down 30A. Rosemary and Alyc Beach won’t even let you park the cart to shop in their stores or eat at their restaurants. We also really liked the layout. Plenty of room for our family. The 2nd den on the 2nd floor would have been nice, except there was no remote to the TV, so we couldn’t use it. During our stay, I brought all of these issues to the attention of the management company. You should make sure they are all resolved before you book.

Stayed here for a girls week in Rosemary and it was perfect. Air conditioning was great, pool was clean, house was clean! Quick walk from everything in Downtown Rosemary and the beach. Would absolutely come back!

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay at the house! The location is great- just a short walk to the beach and many shops/restaurants! The private pool is great and the bedrooms were very large and comfortable. We had some minor issues with the Wi-Fi and extra outdoor trash bins, but we still had a wonderful time.

The house fits a large family perfectly. It’s in a great location. Lots of shopping and restaurants. Need reservations for the restaurants. Beach is beautiful and dreamy. Having a private Pool at the property was amazing. We had an ant problem and the staff came out and tried to remedy the problem as soon as they could.

Our growing family enjoyed our stay and made some sweet memories. The house was perfect for us. Our son and daughter-in-law brought our 1st/baby grandson. ;). Our other 3 daughters and 2 boyfriends came, too. There was also a beach proposal and She Said Yes! Plenty of room of games and hanging out and baby playing. We maxed out the pool but they had a great time. Its close enough to Rosemary but also close to the beach. The golf cart was a nice bonus. It mostly rained the week we were there, but the spaces in the house were comfortable and we just enjoyed being together. We would stay here again.

We had the best girls weekend staying at this property in Rosemary Beach! The location could not have been more perfect! We were able to walk to The Pearl hotel as well as several restaurants and coffee shops. We were also walking distance to the beach which made for such a fun day! Would absolutely stay here again!

We all had an amazing time at Inlet Beach! The location was great and the outdoor area was so nice to relax. The house was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We had what we needed for just a long weekend.

Overall this is a great property. It is spacious, well appointed and has lots of great amenities. Property management responded quickly and communication was easy. It deserves a deeper cleaning. We also had some issues with air conditioning leaking and the pool pump going out but property management dealt with the pool right away. We would definitely return for another stay.

Rolling Dunes was a fantastic House for our family of 16. We had an issue with the heat on the 1st floor and the Property Manager was out there immediately to help. The only issues we had was the mattress on the 3rd floor master should be replaced or at least have an updated box spring and the couch covers could be replaced but the house is beautiful, and the location is wonderful.

Overall, this was a great house with tons of space! It was just my wife and I staying in the house, so it was way too much space. The only thing that I noticed was that the covers on couches in the main living room had stains all over them, which is not what I would have expected considering what we paid to stay there. I say that realizing how challenging it must be to keep all of this stuff up to the standard that most of us expect when you there are so many guests coming and going. Great location!

We had a fantastic time at this property and enjoyed being close to restaurants and the beach. The beds were great, the pull out sofa beds were not. Both pull out beds had dirty sheets on them and were extremely uncomfortable. The property had a golf cart and chairs and umbrella for us to use which was fabulous! The space was beautiful and very tastefully decorated we also really enjoyed the pool. I got a splinter on the table in the living room in my finger which still hurts, there was dust build up in a few places, and ants in the kitchen when we arrived. The alarm system on the house was a total pain as it beeps every time you open the door from the inside or out unless you push the button, which basically took us the whole weekend to get down. Other than that it was a gorgeous house and provided for a great friends getaway!

This was our second summer staying in the area and we like that being on Inlet beach you can still use golf carts, unlike Rosemary and others. We rented a second cart and it made getting to the beach super easy because close to the beach on the road you drive down is a vacant lot that we were able to park the carts on and not having to walk with littles ones made it even easier. That being said it really is not a far walk at all. The property was generally clean with a well stocked kitchen for basic cooking. One complaint I have is that after booking they changed it to where the elevator was not available for guest which was really only a problem with suitcases. Also just so you are aware if you drive straight down the road to the beach there is a small strip of public access beach and the rest is private, but to your left there are umbrellas and chairs available to rent by day or for the weak by a nice gentlemen that has an agreement with the beach owner, and while it was not cheap it was worth it to have the spot and shade with out having to set up our tent.

Great location & house!
We loved our stay here! The beach was so close and the golf cart made it so easy with all the kids! The house was very clean and nice - comfy beds! Be prepared to buy everything….there wasn’t any extra trash bags or anything like that. Plus the listing said it had an elevator we could use but when we got there it said not for use by guests. 🤔 We were fine - it is a lot of stairs - but if you have someone that doesn’t do good with stairs or is elderly then you can’t stay here bc you have to use the stairs to get to a bed! Just FYI! Not a huge complaint but just letting others know so you know what you’re getting! We would def stay here again though! ☺️

A Beautiful Property With a Couple of Issues to Address
The property was beautiful and as pictured. A couple of little tweaks, however, would have made the stay much more pleasant. I emailed property mgt on vrbo and they never responded. I ended up calling directly - answered my question but not particularly helpful. Also, I had trouble figuring out the beach. There is not direct public access - you need to go the Wall Street beach access. You can take the golf cart but parking is not easy. We ended up walking or just having someone in our family drop us off. It is Inlet Beach (not Rosemary) so you don't need a code to rent chairs but you can call someone and order - SUPER overly expensive, but they put those umbrellas up so much better than I can do. The same people install for all the companies who just have the chairs there, so just try to find the best rate.
First - note that when you get there to shut off the alarm you have to hit the button. Every time you go in and out of the door you have to hit the button. If you don't alarms sound. Good safety for the pool. Annoying for the sleeping guests when you forget or when you get in late at night and don't know how to shut off the alarm.
The property's location was great. Mostly walkable to town (a little too far for elderly dad, but everyone else was good) and food, and the golf cart was fun to drive around. It was also clean and spread out so you were not in other people's space all the time. Kitchen was lovely with the open concept and living room.
Some problems: there were no trash bags other than the two in the trash can - nowhere near enough for the week. So we had to buy trash bags, kleenex, paper towels, and extra toilet paper. A pain to buy and then have to bring home. Plenty of dishes and silverware though. A cooler for the beach was a good idea. The bathroom doors in the main room did not shut both in the shower and the main door - they would slowly slide open which was weird and annoying. The dryer did not dry well at all. We were down to drying two towels at a time which would take about 2 hours.
The pool was awesome and I think someone came to clean it and the grill often which was a nice perk. But the VERY worst thing was the beds. They were VERY uncomfortable - and in every single room. Whether you have trouble with beds or not these are awful. They felt like air mattresses. They were noisy and you sunk into it. It caused an issue for every one. Other than that it was a good stay.
