Please note that no outdoor music is allowed after 8 pm. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed at any time during your stay both outside and inside of the house.

The backyard features a pebble pool & spa, an outdoor dining area, gas grill, grilling island with a seating area, firepit, and lounge space.

The fully equipped kitchen offers silverware, tableware, and appliances such as an oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and blender. All you need to do is bring your groceries :)

The living/dining room area is great for spending time indoors, playing board games and having dinner with your guests. We provide a variety of board games!

We offer driveway parking. Garage parking is not available.

Other things to note
PETS are allowed. Please let us know in advance. We charge $60 per pet for their stay. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.

Spa heating is included with your booking (Set on a 3 hour timer and will turn off automatically).

There is an additional $150/day charge for pool heating*. You can request pool heating anytime - before or during your stay. Please note it takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool. If requested on time the pool will be heated to 88 degrees upon your arrival. We have 2 day min. requirement for pool heating.

* During the warmer season (April-October) pool heating is available for $95/day.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.

Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.

Also note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

For safety reasons, we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.

I am beyond happy with our stay in this home. It is very beautifully built and designed and is perfect for a big group like ours that we stayed in. Mariam was very kind and responsive when we would reach out. The amenities were really nice and useful. The background was spacious and equally as beautiful. We will most definitely be staying here again for future trips. 10/10 highly recommend!!

A great location for splitting time at Joshua Tree NP and Palm Springs/Indian Wells. We enjoyed outdoor dinners, mountain view sunsets, and stargazing from the spa.

This house is beautiful and perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. We had 9 adults total there and had plenty of space and room to enjoy. The pool and backyard were perfect and communication with the host was easy and fast! Will definitely bookmark this place to come visit again.

At first, we were so excited to stay at this property. The photos look lovely. The accommodations look perfect for hosting the bachelorette party we had planned out. The host was pretty communicative with me prior to check in. However, once I started conversations about the discrepancies in price regarding the pool, and the fact that it was not actually heated, that’s when things went south… the host became extremely argumentative with me, would not accept what I was saying was not accommodating or helpful and wanted me to prove why I should get a refund even though her binder said $95 for heating the pool the website said $150, and I was charged $190 a day for a pool that was not heated. I was extremely annoyed. She wanted me to provide proof to her instead of looking at her own listing regarding discrepancies in price and still have not been offered a refund. Verbo is aware of the situation.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for my friend’s bachelorette party! The pool and hot tub were great and you can’t beat the views. Mariam was very responsive for all questions/requests we had. Would recommend this property to others!

I stayed here for an extended weekend girls trip. The beds were very comfortable. When you aren’t sleeping, you’ll want to spend plenty of time outside. We used the spa, the pool, the outdoor seating area with the propane fireplace, and the grill. It’s a great setting for soaking in the sun and the views. There’s even a short, steep hike up the mountainside that is less than a half mile from the house. Mariam, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. While the location is outside of Palm Springs, we didn’t mind driving to the various attractions. If you are into the bar scene, you may want to stay closer to the action. I highly recommend a stay at this relaxing retreat.
