Enjoy peaceful, panoramic views of the lake year-round, with private lake access and dock slip so you can drink in the serenity of the lake from the water’s edge or from the water itself. After a day on the lake, spend the evening lounging in the hot tub, soaking up the last of the rays on the sun deck, or grilling out on the barbecue while others catch up around the fire pit. When you’re ready to come inside, you’ll continue to feel at ease with the calming, neutral decor and comfy furnishings that reflect the tranquility of the still lake outside. Sleeping up to 16 guests, Sunnyside Up has everything you need for an all-hands family stay. Cook meals together in the spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, embrace your competitive side with a few rounds of pool, and spend chilly winter evenings together watching a movie in the entertainment room located in upper level the detached garage. If that wasn't enough to keep you busy, you’re also just minutes away from adventures in Deep Creek Lake State Park and less than 10 minutes aways from the area’s top restaurants and shops. We welcome any dog which you know to be well-socialized, trained, and friendly in any situation involving others, both human and canine, as there may be nearby dogs at neighboring properties. However, due to restrictions in place by homeowner insurance policies, breeds listed as most aggressive are banned from all rentals, regardless of the training and temperament of the individual dog. AFTER BOOKING: An email will be sent to the address provided during check-out; please check for action items needed to secure your reservation. The subject of this email will start with "URGENT: Complete Your Booking For"... and may be in your Promotional/Marketing folders depending on your email provider and settings.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.

My friends and I had a great time at this property. It was very comfortable, plenty of space, and great views of the lake. Will be back in the future for sure!

Overall great experience with one exception

The property is beautiful and accommodated us well. The only complaint was that we ran out of water. We were not able to flush toilets or wash hands, and we had two toddlers with us. We couldn’t properly clean before we left as a result. We did not feel a sense of urgency when we reported this issue. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen in the future because it’s a great spot!!
