The plush and cozy furnishings throughout the home increase the sense of comfort and welcoming feel the home offers. The spacious kitchen is perfect for the experienced or inspiring chef and is ready for entertaining and cooking your favorite meals. The wrap deck is the best place to enjoy any meal, home-cooked or ordered out, or just relax in the summer sun. Gather in the main level living room in front of the stunning stone fireplace for a little extra warmth of those chilly rainy or snowy days or head to the upper level loft for a game of pool to pass the time. With 6 bedrooms, there is plenty of room to enjoy some peace and quiet or come together in the various common spaces to spend some quality time with friends and family. Located in the popular Waterfront Greens community, you are never far from a vast majority of activities in and out of the neighborhood. Enjoy an afternoon stroll through the quiet roads, plan a game of tennis, mini golf, or actual golf on the provided courses (equipment no included), or head down to the lake access areas to kayak or swim. Venture out of the community and partake in all the activities the area has to offer; go-karts, skiing, high ropes courses, the state park, fantastic restaurants, the village movie theater, and so much more! This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.

NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.

Nice layout for a comfortable stay. Lots of room for socializing; enough bedrooms with bath for everyone to have privacy. Hot tub needed repair upon arrival, but it was repaired in time for using on the last night of our stay. Lots of activities in the area to make it an enjoyable vacation.

Great place, easily accommodated our group of 14. 9 adults and 5 kids 11 and under. Appreciated 2 separate living spaces. Responsive to a couple of requests for minor things. Overall perfect place for our gathering.

We had reserved our stay from 11/18/23 until 11/25 23, but had to vacate the property on Thanksgiving night, 11/23 due to an intrusive smell that we thought was gas, that invaded the entire house. We called the management and they sent out a maintenance person who couldn't find anything leaking but experienced the smell and odor that we had called about. He stated that he didn't find anything, but if it were him he wouldn't stay the night. We made the decision to vacate the property that evening, 11/23, cutting our stay short and notified the local management group, Railey Realty, that we were vacating the property that night, as they, because of the holiday, were unable too get anyone to come to the property to test as too what the smell was and whether there was an actual gas leak. Railey contacted me the following day to let me know that they were sending someone to check on the property and then called me back approximately 2:00 p.m. to let me know that their company had completed testing and did not find any gas leak. We then went back to the house to finish the check-out procedure and to get any personal belongings that were still in the house. Although they had reported that no gas leak was found, the smell still permeated the entire house, so much that we couldn't stay another night. So, with this, I am requesting a refund of the amount of money we spent for our vacation rental and will await your response.
