About this house rental
Located just a short walk from the main street in Coeur d' Alene, Sherman Ave. This spacious and cozy vacation home is the ideal spot for your family or friends during your next Coeur d'Alene getaway.
The fully-equipped kitchen is open concept so you can prepare a meal while still enjoying everyone's company in the dining and living room areas. There is a large dining table to enjoy meals and play games. Located on the main level are three of the bedrooms and one full bathroom. Two with a plush queen bed and the third bedroom with a trundle bed (2 twins). Each room has a closet and dresser.
There is a living room on each floor both with a beautiful gas fireplace comfy couches & a large screen smart TV, so at the end of the night everyone can enjoy their favorite show or game. The downstairs area is the perfect set up if the kids want to play games and enjoy a movie and the adults want to enjoy the back patio.
Downstairs is also a laundry room with all supplies provided. Here is where you can find beach chairs and towels, even a cooler that you can take with you and your family to enjoy a day at the lake. The fourth bedroom- the master bedroom with a king bed that is sure to give you a great nights sleep at the end of a fun filled day at the lake. Privately next to the second full bathroom with a double vanity and gorgeous walk-in shower. The back patio has a picnic table, BBQ additional seating around a fire pit in a nice private back yard.
While staying at this home you can relax on the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene this is under a mile away or you can hop your bike and explore the Centennial Bike Trail, only a block away, this trail will give one of a kind breathtaking views of Coeur d'Alene Lake. What a wonderful home to call home base. First, the home was clean and nicely decorated. Having a room for each child and plenty of communal space for everyone to hang out. Great quiet neighborhood that made for wonderful evenings in the backyard with firepit and BBQ. The location was close to the downtown amenities (parks, beaches, Tubbs Hill, ect). Contacting owner was always prompt in responses. The property provided beach chairs, towels and even rafts which was so appreciated as we went and floated the river. We would certainly stay there again. Thanks for being such a great host.

I can’t say enough good things about this home. Extremely clean and comfortable. Fully equipped with everything you will need. Walking distance to restaurants and snacks! Beautiful neighborhood with mature trees! Thank you for the plate of cookies. We would stay again!

The tranquil neighborhood offered a sense of peace and security. The adjacent park provided an ideal setting for a refreshing morning stroll, while various businesses were conveniently located within walking distance. In addition, the nearby lake and downtown area were easily accessible, adding to the convenience and charm of the location. As for the house, it was truly magnificent - impeccably clean and spacious, providing ample room for our comfort. In summary, it was an exquisite and delightful place to call home.

This house was great for our family. Had all the room and as amenities that we needed. While not on Sherman it was very close and very easy to walk to everything. This house was very clean and updated! Great stay!

The property is very nice and the neighborhood was great. It was close to Sherman street which is the Main Street in Coeur d’ Alene. One of the fireplaces was not working but they were quick to get it up and going. The main bedroom with the king bed is actually downstairs which wasn’t a problem for us. The property was super clean. The towels have seen better days. Overall is was a great stay.

Great location in town with a short walk or short drive to the lake and Sherman Ave and 4th Street; Comfortable with space for multiple people to spread out; Newly updated and fresh modern design; Well stocked kitchen; Excellent backyard for hanging out with comfortable chairs and picnic table; Gas grill works great; Wonderful communication from host; Easy check-in and checkout instructions.
We had fantastic weather and spent hours chatting on the back patio. CDA is a wonderful place.

Everything was wonderful. Home is beautiful and well appointed with just about everything you need. Short walk to grocery store and of course ice cream shop.Close to town and Tubbs Hill for hiking. Great safe neighborhood.Grandkids loved skiing for the first time. We will be back.

I reserved this home for a girls' trip to visit the area. We all loved the home. It is very comfortable with a large kitchen and two fireplaces. It is in a great neighborhood with easy access to downtown and the interstate.

The house was very cute, updated and super clean. Wonderful location and within walking distance of downtown CDA. Take Sherman Ave all the uptown and the walk will be done in no time! I would definitely stay here again and again!

Great hostess.! My daughter left her wallet behind when we checked out. Hostess was very helpful in promptly locating it & mailing to dtg. The property was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable, & well located - east to reach downtown. The only drawbacks were No handrail to basement rooms. (Nervous about our toddler, and oldsters!). Also, had to visit Starbuck’s for internet connectivity,. Poor within house. Would rent again - when children a little older!

This home was perfect for our 5 sisters reunion. It was nice to all be in one place but had different areas of the home to spread out if we needed to. The location was a close/short drive to all the activity downtown and on the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was a great place to hang out. CDA was a beautiful place to visit and I would highly recommend this home as a place to stay that is nearby many activities, lake access and the downtown area.

This house exceeded our expectations! Fully remodeled and very nicely decorated. We felt right at home in this cute and comfortable house. Everything was extremely clean. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked. This house is located in a cute and quiet neighborhood, right in the heart of town. The owner/property manager was easy to communicate with and was more than happy to drop off a pack'n'play for us. They even left cookies for us upon arrival! No complaints and definitely rate 5 out of 5. We will definitely book again in our next stay in Couer d' Alene

Perfect for our situation!
Had crew of 4 working nights for a few days in CDA. Place was very clean and quiet as we were sleeping during the days. Remodel was done very well and we all had our own beds and places to be. Great price for the value received. Host was responsive and helped us out with our unusual check in times. Highly recommend!

We loved our time at this location! We came to CDA to check out the downtown and do other tourist type things. While we were in town, it was pretty rainy, so we ended up spending more time at our VRBO than we initially intended. We were thankful to have selected such a cozy space where we were content to spend our time.
Things we LOVED: There were fresh cookies when we arrived. The property was VERY clean, had beautiful decorations, nice appliances & technology, was in a safe & quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance from downtown. We loved that the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our breakfasts on site.
My only suggestions for improvement are as follows:
It would have been nice to have a Keurig rather than a coffee pot. I sent a message to ask about fire wood & if we should bring our own, I never heard back so assumed there would be some for us to use, there were only 2 pieces. Would have been nice if there were more, or if we had gotten a message back. The beds were okay, but a bit "springy" as in you can feel the springs in your back.
Overall, great place to stay in a nice location! Highly recommend & we will return!
