Lounge on the breezy covered deck or entertain in the expansive backyard - complete with a grill. Dip in the shared pool or wade in the waves of nearby Rockport Beach.

Unwind in the chic living area, outfitted with a sofa, sleeper sofa, and 40-inch smart TV. A shiplap accent wall adds a touch of coastal flair. Channel your inner chef in the retro-inspired kitchen. Black and white tiling, stainless steel appliances, soft-close drawers, and new quartz countertops make this space a delight. When it’s time to eat, share meals at the stylish dining table for four or at the breakfast bar.

This home offers ample outdoor space to enjoy the breathtaking coastal surroundings. Catch peekaboo views of Aransas Bay from the covered front deck. A covered balcony is furnished with Adirondack chairs. Entertaining is a breeze with a barbeque gas grill and a sprawling fenced yard. After an exciting day of explorations, take a dip in the unheated shared pool - which is open year-round.

Complimentary WiFi, a DVD player, a Blu-ray player, a Nest thermostat, and a laundry room with a washer/dryer are available.

This stilt home is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs.

A charming home that has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay. We loved the expansive front deck, as well as the back deck nestled in the trees. Key Allegro is a great location - the island feel and close to whatever Rockport has to offer. Highly recommend!

This was such a beautiful home. It was stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect. Not too far from the beach, shops, swimming pool and restaurants. We enjoyed relaxing on the big beautiful deck as well. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation! We will be back!

Was very nice, clean, well decorated, would suggest leaving instructions as to where certain things are ans making the storage downstairs available. That said, we learned stairs are no longer a good idea for use at 55+ especially carrying 10 days of clothing and our treasures from shopping in town. That said. If our health was better like it was in our younger days the home would have been perfect. Great location, great price, well appointed and clean with very simple rules amd everything worked as described and Anyone considering a hotel should stay here first.

The Sunshine House was a excellent place to stay very relaxing place. The unit was very comfortable, clean and very nicely furnished decor and all. Very close to restaurants and especially to Rockport beach and fishing piers we will definitely look forward to staying here again.
