Felt really safe staying here. Hosts were wonderful and very helpful. Lovely and tidy and everything was very clean. Tea

we had a fantastic stay in Blackpool and would defiantly recommend this hotel.

fantastic location really close to the pleasure beach and south pier. the staff were exceptional they saved us a space in the free parking area and moved their car when we got there.

We loved our stay in Blackpool. The appartment was just what we wanted. Great for families and loads of little touches such as candy floss for the kids made it extra nice.

Comfortable and pleasant stay

The location was perfect as was just 2minutes walk from the Globe theatre where was Miss Teen Great Britain chosen venue. It was perfect to timing with my daughter schedules also have car parks. The property doesn't do food but there are variety of restaurants near by. It was also easy to get a taxi for the competition chosen venue hotel The Village, just 10 minutes away. It was lovely.

Great owners very helpful,catered our every need,comfortable bed, immaculately clean, fantastic location everything you need just on doorstep or a couple minutes stroll,this was our 2nd stay an we will definitely book here again,

The place could not have been in a better location, everything was walking distance and the atmosphere around us was happy and calm. The couple who owned the place are really welcoming and very nice people. This place is definitely at the top of my blackpool stay list.

No surprises, value for money

No meals available as it was a studio apartment, perfect location and apartment was clean and comfortable

Like a shower rather than bath with a small shower attached but it was ok for 2 days

Location..

The man who owns it.. grumpy and not nice First night the smoke alarm went off from 11pm till 6am..with no one to switch it off .no sleep ruined my birthday. When i complained the owner just blamed other guests and said there is a number u should ring..which was on office door ..so I it was my fault!!! but he failed to tell us about the number before hand..I asked for a refund of the first night..but they just ignored me and took the money..booking dot com gave me 20 quid wow..when we got there we were told no parking so beware of the lies on there booking page.. when we got in first night I admit we had a few drinks we were struggling with the lock the owner let us in....then made up go out and do the code again .felt like a told off school boy .....dont stay here its not good

The property is well located and in easy proximity for the main promenade and pleasure beach.

very basic and pictures do not represent the property. the parking is street parking so if you move your car during your stay you may not get a space on return. never saw the owners after we checked in. no breakfast offer. over priced compared to most of the hotels/b&b’s that offered onsite parking, breakfast and had bars

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if it was available

We didn’t have the breakfast option but managed in the self contained kitchen which had a microwave and toaster. There was candy floss left for the kids along with water and lemonade for each of us (2 adults & 2 children aged 7 & 9). There was plenty of drawer space and adequate hanging space. The location was brilliant for us, close to the south pier, the pleasure beach and prom, with plenty of cafes nearby. Parking is usually a nightmare in Blackpool, but we were able to request a space beforehand and this made it so much easier and it was free. The owners are on site, friendly and available .

It was so well equipped, the bed was so comfortable. We had nothing to complain about.

There’s always a chance you won’t be able to park at peak times ie school hols when everywhere’s booked up but we messaged early and were lucky enough to get a reserved spot.
