The Space: With 2bd/2.5ba, “The Fox Pond” would be perfect for groups of up to 4 people. This home is located in the Old Village area of Mount Pleasant with its own private drive, so parking and proximity will not be an issue! As soon as you pull into this charming single-story cottage, you will notice the inviting atmosphere of “The Fox Pond”. While the adorable blue exterior welcomes you to the coastal life, the interior keeps it classic with a mix of modern and vintage furnishings. Step inside to find a combined living/dining space- the perfect place to share a meal or spend a night in watching movies. Off of the common area, there is a wonderful sunroom - we definitely recommend drinking your morning coffee here and watching the sunrise.
For another cool experience, check out the fire pit area in the backyards. This is the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach and enjoy some stargazing. The backyard also features a privacy fence, so you will have your own little oasis back there. Back inside of the house, you will find the kitchen - located right off of the living/dining area. For your convenience, the kitchen has been equipped with all of the basic cooking/kitchenware necessities in case you feel like cooking out at home during your stay. Going back to the front hallway, you have the half-bath - perfect for when everyone is hanging out in the common area or for guests on the pull out sofa (inquire with us for additional sheets for this). If you continue down this hallway, you will also find both bedrooms - both of these rooms are quite spacious and come with either a king or queen-sized bed and their own private full bathroom. It’s only the best for our guests here at “The Fox Pond” - where our home is your home.

House was spotless and looks exactly like it does in the pictures. We didn’t do much cooking but it seemed well stocked. The gas grill is a great addition and we used it one night. The location is amazing and the neighborhood is very quiet. We highly recommend the Fox Pond!

We walked in and said "Wow!" Stunning decor, convenient layout, nice, quiet neighborhood. Old Village area was great for walks which took us past lovely old homes, and then to the waterfront. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well-equipped except for strange lack of teaspoons and excess of dull knives.
Being short, I wasn't comfortable at raised dining table/stools. Being elderly, I wished for grab bars in shower.
Otherwise, really good place to stay.

The rental was as described. We enjoyed the large backyard with the firepit along with the choice of using the charcoal grill or the gas grill. Both worked well. The backporch was comfortable where we enjoyed some competitive games of jenga. Beds were comfortable and the 2.5 baths were convenient having 2 teenage daughters. Location was great and Shem creeknis close. Uber was cheap to get downtown and avoiding parking hassles. Sullivan's Island beach was less than 3 miles away. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Overall, we would stay here again.

Very nice home with a lot amenities. Short drive to shem creek and downtown Charleston. The back yard is a very nice escape to sit and enjoy with friends and family. Would happily stay here again

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen has all cooking items needed for your stay. Backyard has fire pit, bbq and green space. AC worked well, loved the ceiling fans, off street parking and great WiFi. I would happily stay here again.

We came for the Bridge Run and this property's location to the start line was perfect. The house was very clean and cute. The property manager and the owner were proactive in making sure we had all the information needed. We will definitely be back.

We attended the chosen women’s conference at Seacoast Church and stayed in this home for 3 nights. It was a great choice, convenient location and comfortable home.

Excellent!
We had a quick Labor Day getaway to Charleston and this property was in the perfect location for us! We had two couples so it was perfect to have our own rooms and bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable and the house is decorated so nicely! The screened in porch was wonderful for a cup of coffee in the mornings. It’s a quick ride into downtown, Shems Creek, and Sullivan’s Island. We hope to come back soon!

Vanessa and Andre's charming home has "More Than Enough" of everything to make even the "pickiest" guest happy.
We spent all our time sightseeing, but knowing we could relax and sit back and enjoy all the home had at night was perfect.
Easy to see why so many people return for second visits.

Cozy, comfy, home!
This was our first stay in this home and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We didn't take advantage of the outdoors as we were at our sons home during the day. At night before bed we did take advantage of the lovely screened in porch to unwind. We didn't use the kitchen except for coffee but it is well equipped. Neighborhood is extremely quiet. Overall, great place to stay~

Convenient location, felt like home!
The home was so inviting & comfortable and very spacious for our family of 4. We instantly felt right at home! The kitchen had everything we needed & more, the beds & pillows were so soft and comfortable! Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was a huge plus! We enjoyed grilling and relaxing in the backyard, which was very private and quiet. Just a short drive to Sullivan's Island and Shem Creek, which are always our favorite places to go! We also enjoyed an evening downtown Charleston, including a delicious dinner at Fleet's Landing. We'll be back soon!!!! Thank you for making us feel right at home!

We loved our stay at Vanessa's! We were in town for a friend's wedding, and Vanessa's home was the perfect location to easily access Mt. Pleasant, Sullivan's Island, IOP and downtown where all the wedding activities were being held. The home was clean and well-stocked with all the kitchen and toiletry essentials to be comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly. It was just what we needed! I'd recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient location at a fair price.
