This is a North facing unit with incredible views of Gulf State Park and awesome rates!!!
Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker and wine cooler will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two Queens and there are two Full sized beds in the 3rd bedroom and we have a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 12.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The room was amazing and had tons of space. We had everything we needed there. I have stayed there before in different rooms, but this one we loved the most!!

Some overall dirtiness when we arrived (brown mud splashed on bathroom doors and primary bedroom door) but overall as described and nice. Plenty of kitchen utensils and pots/pans for cooking.
Elevators slow during some times as described by others but we expected it so not a major issue. It helped once we realized there was a downstairs beach storage so we were able to leave stuff downstairs and avoid some waiting.
Beach access was good overall. The pool and lazy river were a little crowded and greenish water but the kids didnt mind. Adult pool was clear and quiet.

Check in day was a disaster. They have 6 elevators, but only 3 working elevators. The wait for an elevator was over an hour.
You also have to pay extra for parking. No parking spaces are included. Another person in my party was first to arrive and when he went to check in and he was told the unit came with 2 passes. He was lead to believe they would be in the condo. After he found they weren’t in there, he went back to the check in and waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk and they told him he had to pay. The unit comes with 2 available for purchase. I eye witnessed a lady get a boot put on her car after she waited an hour and 15 minutes on an elevator to get back to her car. She had the pass in hand and had to pay $210 to have the boot removed. I complained about the practice and the response was rude.
The pool are was dirty. The water was only clear in one of the 3 pools. The jets on the lazy river were not working either.
Above us were a group of late night party people that listened to loud music. We tried to complain but no staff or security was around until morning. We complained the next morning and nothing changed. No evening security or front desk personnel to do anything about the situation.
I will never stay at the Oasis again.

This is a nice condo. Beautiful decor, clean, exactly as pictured. Convenient to beach! No beach view! Lots of space. We had 3 kids, 2 parents, 2 grandparents. We cooked had plenty of dishes, pots pans and utensils. With space for several of us to cook together! Lots of fun! Great fitness center. Sauna hot tub floats arcade grill restaurant. Sofa bed adds extra sleeping space. Easy to work with very helpful and organized! No issues. Will be back!

Had a very nice family vacation at 1914. Spacious enough for our family of 8. Kitchen was lacking a little in pots and pans for cooking. The amenities of the site was very nice. The lazy river stayed very crowded with lots of kids without floats which i would think could be dangerous. Parking garage is very nice benefit but very tight.All in all was a very nice condo.

We had a party of 12 and fit comfortably, we enjoyed the fact each room had its own private bathroom and one primary in hallway which was used for the guest who slept on pull out sofa. Love the easy access to the beach and indoor pools. We will be back

We had a lovely time with family. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was not heated or the outdoor pools and slide accessible due to weather or season. Also the smart TV needs to be updated as it could not connect to the internet because of its age - and this is a quote from the technician who came to check it out. Other than those 2 issues, we had a lovely time ! Thank you!

Pros. Condo was perfect size for 9 of us to spread out. Beds super comfy, kitchen well equipped, extra bathroom and ice maker was a bonus! Kids loved the indoor pool and hot tubs especially since the weather was cold and rainy. Short drive to Walmart and restaurants. Cons. Elevators take forever. Learned to avoid them at 10 am and 4pm otherwise wait could be 20 min. Beach is overly crowded. Overall would stay again.

I didn’t realize this was on the land side of the property, my mistake so the views from the balcony were overlooking construction across the street. Kitchen equipment is lacking. Pans really bad, no pot holders, few matching glasses. The bed in the main bedroom was very lumpy and the sensor on the washing machine was extremely sensitive.
The unit is close to the elevators and this time of the year there wasn’t a big wait for them. Checkin and checkout were flawless. We had to call the property manager twice, the remote in the living room was missing a replacement was brought very quickly and it took a while for us to figure out the sensor on the washing machine.
We had a good stay but I would not stay in this unit again.

The Condo was beautiful and a perfect size for three couples. Great location, beautiful beach just outside. The only issues I'd like to report are the toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was broken, one of the sinks in the master bath was slow draining, a seahorse plaque fell off the wall in one of the bathrooms, and a large metal leaf piece in the master bedroom fell and almost hit my husband as he was sitting in the chair putting on his shoes.

Great location, elevators suck often having to wait. Check in wasn’t terrible it was just waiting on the elevator took us around 30-45 minutes to get on an elevator. The condo was perfect not a beach view but still beautiful. Felt very safe with security and everyone was friendly

The condo was larger than expected and very clean. Having grocery carts on site to help haul your food to the condo was a perk! It was great going from the amazing pool slide to the ocean in just a minutes walk. We will definitely be coming back.

Online listing is misleading
The only ok thing I have to say about this whole experience is that the listing doesn’t really make it clear that the unit does not face the beach. Maybe it was just us but it didn’t dawn on us when it said “this north facing condo” that it meant it faces the road. I dont know I just feel like that could be easily overlooked. I think it should be in big bold letters “this unit DOES NOT face the beach! Other than that everything was amazing.
