This brand new townhome provides everything you need from local accommodations (gigabit internet, cable, washer dryer etc) in one of the hottest destinations for nightlife in Phoenix Metro in downtown GIlbert with one-of-a-kind dining and unique entertainment.

Essential supplies and toiletries are available in the home. However, if those run out during the stay, the guest will have to provide for themselves if they need more.

The pool may be heated from March through November AS LONG AS the temperature is warm enough. It has to be CONSISTENTLY ABOVE 80 degrees.

This was our second time staying at this lovely and comfortable home that is centrally located for our needs while staying in Gilbert. The owners are incredibly attentive and responsive, day or night. I have only communicated with them via text message and the VRBO app and they always respond right away with kindness and warmth. We will likely plan dates for our future trips based on the availability of this home!

The condo was absolutely beautiful equipped with everything we needed. Close to shopping and just a short walk to downtown. Enjoyed lounging at the pool during our stay Host Richard was excellent to communicate with We will definitely stay here again

This property was in the perfect location if you want a short walk to Heritage District in Gilbert. The condo felt spacious and safe. We could not hear friends downstairs laughing in the master bedroom. The only downside was each bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper, there were no wineglasses and the barstools have uncomfortable rattan seats. These are minor things and I would absolutely book it again!

This was a great space - beautiful home - very quiet and comfortable. It was conveniently located for our activities. Be aware that it is right in downtown Gilbert, which has a lot of ped traffic, esp on the weekends. The host was very communicative, which made for an easy stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our condo was everything it was described to be. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and close (walkable) to numerous restaurants. I don’t always sleep well away from home, but this condo was the exception with such comfortable beds. There is no doubt that if we return to Gilbert, this property would be our firsts choice. Communication with the owner was excellent with all questions quickly answered. This spot is, without a doubt, a five star stay.

My husband and I loved our stay. We were in AZ visiting family who live in Mesa, Scottsdale and Phoenix. The townhouse is spacious and practically brand new. It had everything we needed. The pool is very nice and the walking trail is next to the unit. We enjoyed both. Best of all is the walkability to downtown Gilbert, with great restaurants, bars, and shops. Perfect location for us. Hope to stay here again for our next visit.

We had such an amazing weekend in our place this weekend. My daughter was getting married and we wanted a place close to downtown to easily entertain family and friends. The house was big enough to have our hair and makeup artists come to the house for it. The natural lighting was a perfect place for this!

This condo was AMAZING! We did not want to leave. So clean and spacious! Richard was awesome. Responded to any questions immediately and was so accommodating. It was so comfortable staying here we wish we booked for another week. The location was awesome. So much to do. Could walk to restaurants and highway was just about a mile down. We didn’t use the pool because some friends of ours were staying in a house down the street with a pool, but the pool was never packed. Majority of the time no one was in there. This will definitely be somewhere we book again. The pictures does not do the condo justice. It is beautiful and just so comfortable. Can’t want to come again!

Finally ... a property that actually looked better than the pictures! Clean, convenient and comfortable beds! We especially loved parking the van in the garage. That little luxury literally saved us from hauling media equipment in and out of a hotel rooms during the July heat. You won't regret booking this property!

This townhouse is very nice! Brand new. We loved the location, it is so nice to walk to downtown Gilbert! The only thing I noticed on the cleaning was that there was a cheeto on the floor by the couch when we checked in. The bar stools in the kitchen weren’t very comfortable. It would have been nice Also if there were blinds or if the windows were blacked out in the master bedroom. When the sun came up it was pretty bright because there are windows right above the bed. We really enjoyed the games that were in the townhouse and again, the location is awesome! The other thing we loved about this property was that it is very secured/ gates with locks. Overall I would definitely stay here again, it’s a beautiful place.

We were a group of 5 adults in town for a wedding. The location of the townhouse was perfect. We were able to walk into Gilbert to the restaurants and coffee houses. It was also on the walking/bike path which we enjoyed. The house was clean and had some nice touches, ie K cups for the coffee and some snacks. I would definitely recommend if you are in the Gilbert area.

We had a great stay at this beautiful Gilbert property. It was close to downtown. Everything we needed was there for cooking a couple meals. Loved the proximity to downtown Gilbert. We walked downtown several nights and enjoyed the restaurants there. The host was very responsive to questions and requests. Always got responses to questions promptly. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely stay here again.
