This rental is very nice and clean. If cooking is your thing you'll find just about everything you could need to create a meal from spices and oils to pots/pans/utensils and serving platters (except a microwave) and you can eat it all in the lovely courtyard. There is a very nice grocery store about 2 blocks away. The bathroom was a great size and the water pressure is very nice. If you are a larger person you may struggle with some of the spaces in the house but overall the space was comfortable and nicely decorated. Location is the best and you can easily walk into frenchman and the quarter.

Stayed here with my wife for a long weekend. Perfect for a couple, charming, comfortable and well appointed. Love the neighborhood, it’s quiet but close enough to everything. We had a car and never had a problem finding street parking, but most everything we wanted to do was within walking distance of the property. The host was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

The accomodations was just as described in the listing. It was cute, had everything you would need and the neighborhood was very quiet even on Friday and Saturday nights. The property was clean and the fenced back yard was nice especially while enjoying some coffee. There is a little coffee shop just 2-3 houses down that had great breakfast and baked goods. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting NOLA.

This little gem gleams. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to a variety of eating and drinking spots, from upscale fare to dive bars. The beautiful backyard is a relaxing retreat from city bustle and the comfortable interior has all the amenities we could ask for. So glad we rented this jewel, whose hosts are impeccable.

This is my first VRBO property rental and it did not disappoint! Let me start by saying our host Michele, was awesome. Not only was she really attentive but she was also very understanding. I had a little issue with my Dog and she helped me calm down and really enjoy my stay. She was also really thorough with house rules and I really appreciate that. The Studio. It was such an amazing cottage. When we got there I can't help but think of all the history it's seen. If you're looking for a huge space this may not be for you. But me, my partner and my dog were just fine with the space. It is well stocked with supplies and things you might need. My favorite part is the small garden space out back. You can have your coffee and or read a book. Now while all of the above are strong selling points for this property, I made the choice of booking this because of the promised location. It is really close to the FQ, unfortunately I didn't time our walks, I got distracted looking at all the history around us. Even if you didn't want to go to the FQ, you are always close to a cafe, restaurant or a bar. We will definitely rebook if we get another chance!
