Spacious 4BR/3.5BA townhouse in a quiet neighborhood. Private Hot tub, BBQ patio. There are 3 decks facing north to the Columbia River Gorge and Washington hills. The open floor-plan living room and dining room is a comfortable layout, with a dining area that seats 8 or more; a wall of windows captures the viewThree bedrooms upstairs include a master with a Jacuzzi-style soaking tub; all bedrooms open to outdoor decks. Televisions on all levels, wireless Internet. An additional lower master bedroom and bath (lockable with separate entry, fridge, microwave, convection toaster oven, and patio) and laundry room are conveniently located on the garage level.This home donates 10% of net profits to local organizations supporting youth adventure. This year's recipient is Wylde Wind and Water.Parking in the driveway or the garage, and limited additional street-side parking; the bus to town stops at Safeway/Starbucks just a short walk away, or you can walk, bike or drive downtown. Great place for two families to stay and explore the Gorge. Quick drive or bike to everything.

Our family spends one week together every summer and we had a blast this time in Hood River. We did so many great things that were within an hour or so of the house…. Lots of water sports right at the event site with kite surfing and paddle boarding, a day in the fruit loop/winery region, snowboarding and skiing at Mt Hood - yep! Even in the summer! That will be a big memory for the East Coast portion of our crew!!! Hiking around Mt Hood as well, and even a concert at Edgefield! Oh, and a full day white water rafting trip in Maupin. We loved the house as a central spot for ALL the PNW fun!!

The accommodations were as shown. A couple of issues came up but were quickly taken care of by Amy. Hot tub was great and we would recommend this unit for a quiet, pet-friendly stay in Hood River.

Clean and comfortable stay. Four of us stayed at the house and each had a room of our own. Plenty of space to hang out. We didn’t get to use the hot tub as one of us was newly pregnant. The only feed back I would give is more toiletry supply. And one of the hairdryers didn’t work(no heat) but she would’ve replaced it quickly if we had’ve told her. I just didn’t have time to.

Heat didn't work in lower bedroom. Down chairs were leaking feathers. Some light bulbs need replacement.

We had a great stay in Hood River celebrating my moms birthday. The home was nice and large and gave our group plenty of space to spread out and have privacy. We appreciated how close it was to downtown but also enjoyed that it was a bit away from the business of the city. We enjoyed being able to have breakfast at home each morning and having three full bathrooms made it so easy for everyone to get ready without bring on top of one another. One thing to keep in mind is that there are a lot of stairs so its not ideal for groups that may have difficulty navigating that however, the basement room is a great solution for those who might not want to climb all the way to the third floor.

This spot was really well suited to our needs for my husband and I and our adult children and significant others. Great setup for privacy for six adults! It's quiet, clean and well supplied. Love all the outdoor decks on each floor! View of Mt. Adams is amazing! Location is close to several restaurants and Safeway which is great! Oak Street and that area is a 30 minute walk - so doable but not in heat! Driving wise it's close most everything. You do need to bring your own shampoos and soap.... Hood River is amazing! Would definitely stay there again!

Our family of four plus grandparents headed here after our high school graduation celebration for a mini-getaway. The multilevel home is spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked.
Because the Gorge view is impeded by trees/buildings and the balconies are too small to be very usable, I think the location is best for groups gathering in between outdoor activities rather than for those wanting to mostly hang out at the home, which is what we were looking for. Still, a lovely, easy stay.
Appreciated the home being dog friendly with a bark-chip doggy potty area in the back.
Plethora of stairs were somewhat difficult for grandparents in their mid-70s.
Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Everything was so clean with a perfectly stocked kitchen and gorgeous bathrooms. We especially loved the cozy hot tub! Great Views in the Columbia Gorge
We had a very nice stay recently at this property. The kitchen is very well appointed and there is a partial view of the gorge from the family room and a spectacular view from the Master bath. Overall the home is comfortable and fit our needs!

Good little family getaway
Property worked great for us all to visit! Walls are pretty thin so we did hear the loud renters next door throughout the evening and late into the night/early morning, but that can be expected with attached townhomes. Back patio/decks didn’t seem to be cleaned from PNW winter weather just yet. We cleaned off the patio table top, but did end up spending most of our time inside and downtown Hood River anyhow. Family said they all slept well and the beds were comfortable! Such a bummer those trees out front have grown so tall, the front windows would have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Would rent again if we return to Hood River

Hood River Spring Getaway
This property worked perfect for our stay in Hood River. Every couple got a nice room to themselves. The morning sunlight was a great way to wake up with a soak in the tub. Large table for group dinners and game nights. Short distance to HR and quick access for the Historic Columbia Highway Bike Trail. Garage worked perfect to store the bikes between rides.

We loved this rental! It was spacious, fully stocked with utensils and pots/pans, and had comfy beds! Very clean and easy to keep clean! Amy was very clear about the checkin/checkout process and was easy to contact.

Hood River wedding.
Stayed in this house with our kids and their beautiful babies. Perfect for us as we occupied the downstairs master suite. Our family upstairs had their privacy too. We were in Hood River for our youngest son's wedding. This home was perfect for us.
