3 BEDROOM 2 BATH CONDO DOG FRIENDLY AND AFFORDABLE in the OCEAN BLOCK . With a view of Rehoboth Bay, you can walk to everything that Dewey Beach has to offer from this bright and sunny, freshly painted, 3 BR, 2 BA condo. Conveniently located on Route One at Rodney Ave, sit on one of your two private balconies and people watch or sip your coffee while staring at the glimmering bay. Walk to the beach without having to cross the street! Condo offers two on-site parking spaces, keyless entry, central air, wi-fi, washer/dryer, 4 smart-TVs and Xfinity live TV for 2 of those TVs, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, sound machines in the bedrooms, hairdryers in the bathrooms, Keurig & Drip coffee makers, Espresso maker, toaster, all utensils, pots, pans and dishes for cooking and eating, and an outdoor shower/hose. Working a bit on vacation? There is a small desk with monitor and mouse in the MBR! Take a short stroll across the street to the bay where you watch the sunset while enjoying your favorite drink or meal. Walk to dining, pubs, bars, the beach, entertainment, shopping and much more! Also, walk or bike to beautiful scenic Silver Lake. Jump on the Jolley Trolley across the street and arrive in Rehoboth Beach in minutes. Uber also available. Pet welcome with a minimum $300 pet fee. Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Guests pay a $130 cleaning fee with every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Great location, very nice apartment. More space than we needed. The owner obviously had put a lot of love and care into the place. Nice touches and clear instructions on post-it notes and labels on cabinets/drawers. Great pet-friendly spot in Dewey Beach. Thank you for sharing your space with us.
