Luxury 3-bedroom condo at The Residences at Lighthouse Cove located in the heart of Dewey Beach. This brand-new unit features magnificent views of Rehoboth Bay and is only 1 block from the Atlantic Ocean. Easy walk to Dewey Beach’s shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
This unit includes: 1) bar/lounge room with high-end refrigerator, icemaker, and dishwasher (this room also easily converts to the 4th bedroom), 2) fully stocked kitchen with high-end appliances, 2) ample patio furnished for meals on the bay, 3) 4K High-Definition televisions (with premium cable subscription) and Amazon® Alexa speakers located throughout for your entertainment enjoyment, and 4) gas fireplace in living room.
This unit sleeps up to 8. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a 4-bed bunkbed with trundle that can sleep 5 (great for the little ones). The third bedroom has a king bed and the fourth bedroom (also the lounge) has a pull-out king bed.
Outdoor amenities include: 1) rooftop heated infinity pool, 2) fire pits, 3) gas grills, 4) outdoor seating areas (for both relaxing and eating). Amenities include an indoor saltwater pool, fitness room, and business center.
This unit also includes access to a private storage room which includes all the pool and beach toys you need (kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, rafts, boogie boards, sand toys, beach carts and games such as corn-hole, bucket ball, bocce ball, ladder toss, beer pong and more) (Note: the storage room and beach toys are also accessible by 1 other Condo unit, but there should be ample toys to enjoy and share).
Rentals include access to 2 private parking spaces, all of which provided at no additional cost.

Our group had a great time in Dewey Beach! This location can't be beat and is walkable to everything Dewey has to offer. Check in process was easy and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would stay here again!

Not only was the property location exceptional—Bay front with private beach, also the condo unit had to be the best location within the building. The walk out to the private patio that extended to the common area provided expansive open space. Inside—the unit was impeccable, nicely appointed. The layout perfectly accommodated all eight of us, with personal space as needed. Also, we had all supplies we needed in ample quantity and even had some unexpected extras.

The unit was very lovely and well furnished which made it comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. We enjoyed the bar and outside picnic area for cocktails and bay views. The unit is easily accessible from the deck so you don’t have to go through the Hyatt to get in the condo. We had a great time!

We had two families staying here - each two parents and two kids ages 5 and 7. The layout was perfect - parents had their own bedrooms and kids all bunked together. Loved ease of parking and location - you can see the beach from the patio and pool is just one floor up. Really modern and clean place stocked full of every kitchen thing you could ever need (rare for a rental!). Will def be back.

We stayed here for a getaway with girlfriends and this place was absolutely amazing! From the reservation process all the way through to the check-in and check-out process, it could not have gone more smoothly. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were easy to follow. And the space itself...wow. A beautiful, perfect place to stay. You have the views of the bay and the rooftop pool just out the patio door with the ocean beach just across the street. There were 7 of us and we had more than enough space to sleep and hang out. The condo has so many extra little amenities included that would make it easy to stay there for a month or more. We wish we could have stayed longer. There were people staying on either side of us and we never heard a thing. The rooms are quiet and well insulated...and the beds are incredibly comfortable...even the pull out couch was great! The location is ideal also. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. If we make it back to Dewey Beach again, I would 100% stay here again...thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had such a great stay here! The condo was so clean and stocked with so many essentials. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pits and being right on the bay! Such a convenient location and beautiful property!

Had the best girls’ weekend at this beautiful condo this past weekend. It’s even better in person than the pictures. The amenities are beyond anything you could imagine. It is the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. It was the perfect retreat to relax and unwind. I’m sure it’s hopping in the summer with the restaurant downstairs and the Rusty Rudder across the street and I’d love to sit out on the patio and people watch! We have already talked about making this an annual thing and I can’t wait to go back!

Amazing views and location . Stayed with three couples and we were all raving about how beautiful it was. The unit was very modern and clean also stocked with all necessities . This is hands down one of favorite rentals ever. The Property manager Robin and his wife went above and beyond to help make my stay comfortable. The place was even better than the pictures show and has everything you could possibly need for small or large groups. It will be hard to find another place that lives up to this rental and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great place in a perfect location near the beach,bay, bars/restaurants.

We were 3 former U of Delaware roommates celebrating our 60th birthdays and this was a perfect rental unit. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Great outdoor patio space and beautiful sunset views. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive.

The directions for parking and checking in were very detailed and easy to find. I had a quick question regarding parking and I texted Robin who got right back to me. Communication was A+. Once we got in I was surprised with how clean everything was. The place was decorated beautifully and the kitchen and bar area had EVERYTHING you would need. There were also so many little amenities that if you forgot something you were probably covered. The amount of beach items (toys, games, umbrellas etc) was amazing! We didn’t need a thing! The location is perfect. It is right on the bay with beautiful views and multiple restaurants within walking distance. The ocean is a little over a block away but very easy to get to. The access to the rooftop pool is literally right outside your door making it so convenient. Overall this was a great place in a great location!

This property has EVERY amenity! Its stocked with anything you would need and we did not even get to check out the locker! The condo was hard to get to - I think the key cards/doors were not working properly but we figured it out. Host Robin was very helpful. The location is perfect, we walked to everything. Although not on the beach side there is a nice beach on the bay with beautiful sunsets! 5 stars!

Manager was very responsive. House was well equipped with fun amenities. Indoor pool available through hotel! We enjoyed views of the bay, and a nice break from stairs with a toddling 1 year old! They even had board games we played as a family, great memories!
