BRECKENRIDGE URBAN OASIS - Sleeps 12. Breckenridge Urban Oasis is just that — the perfect mountain oasis for your family to unwind and reconnect during your Breckenridge vacation. While this property is located in the heart of town, it is in a quiet mountain setting away from the busy streets of Main Street. You will be amazed at the attention to detail in this four-bedroom, tastefully decorated home, just eight blocks from downtown. Relax in comfort and style!

The Space:
Sleeping: Bedroom 1/First Master (mid level): (sleeps 2), King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 2 (upper level), (sleeps 2), King-size bed, Attached bath; Bedroom 3 (entry level), (sleeps 2), King-size bed, Full bathroom in hallway (share with bedroom 4); Bedroom 4 (entry level) : (sleeps 4), Two sets of twin bunks, Full bathroom in hallway (share with bedroom 3); Extra sleeping: Day bed with Trundle (2 twins-upper level in the loft), Pack and play and extra twin sized floor mattress provided. Maximum sleeping capacity is 12.

This is an exclusive area in the heart of Breckenridge with beautiful views in a perfect mountain setting. Enjoy some of Breckenridge's best hiking and biking trails just outside the door. (The Wellington Trail).

Getting Around:
Enjoy a 10 minute walk to the heart of Breckenridge's Main Street and a free shuttle just a few minutes walk from the front door which will bring you to and from Main Street and the gondola with ease. Quick and easy access to the ski area via the FREE Breckenridge shuttle service. The shuttle stop is 0.3 miles from the house (5 minute walk - purple route A - Corkscrew Drive).

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation is confirmed and the first portion of the payment has been made, those funds are non refundable. The remaining balance will be due thirty days before your arrival. Once the balance is paid, that portion is also non-refundable. If the ski area shuts down or a public health order prevents us from hosting you during your reserved time, you will be eligible for a full refund or will be able to reschedule. We all enjoyed this beautiful home so much. There were places for all of us to spread out and enjoy all of what this wonderful home offered. Loved being so close to town but yet being away from town all at the same time. Close to everything!! Wonderful communication. Hoping to return some day!!

We had such an amazing time staying at this house. It was beautiful, very well stocked, very pleasant porches, and a wonderful location. There are hiking trails accessible from the street and we took advantage of this every afternoon. We used the grill, hot tub, and porches every day. The kids loved playing in the naturally landscaped yard and having such a private cul-de-sac to play safely in. The property management company communicated so well with us and we never even had a need to reach out! I would absolutely love to stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Super close to the gondola and Main Street. Couldn’t ask for a better place. Very clean with all the comforts of home.

This house was absolutely amazing! We had 10 people total with 6 adults and 4 kids. The house was spotless when we arrived, beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs space for the kids was a lifesaver. The property manager was great and one thing that sets them apart is the addition of a full supply of soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc… Aside from our food, we didn’t need to purchase anything to cook in the fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family of 6 and our friends (family of 5) had the best time staying at this home. It’s very apparent the home is well taken care of and was very clean. The location is fantastic and the views from the balconies are just amazing. Plenty of rooms/beds for our two large families and the foosball/arcade game were fantastic for entertaining the kiddos. Definitely recommend!!

This home was beautiful. We stayed here with my two adult children and their spouses and my two grandchildren ages 22months and 3 yrs old. This house was perfect for our group with the family downstairs with my two grand sons in the bunk room and daughter and husband in lovely king sized bedroom next door and fun playroom. Husband and i on main floor in beautiful master. My son and his wife on third floor with beautiful king room as well. house had lovely patios in all directions. Property managers were very responsive and informative. Great summer get away.
