About this apartment rental
This is a peaceful space full of positive, radiant energy. Take a walk behind the property into the expansive green space or across the street for a sunset walk in Sisson Meadow. The mountain view from the Master is amazing! If you are looking for a nicely decorated, clean, tranquil place with everything you need to settle down for a few days, you have found it!
**We have always and still do sanitize all surfaces and bedding before and after each group of guests**
Please read the entire description including the "Other Things To Note" section before booking my place to make sure it is the right fit for everyone:)
The space is the left condo in a 2 unit building. It is completely private with its own entrance and patio. Please be aware that the adjoining property and pond are not accessible so please do not go over there. You will park on the left half of the driveway only, or on the street.
Once in the condo, you will feel all your worries lift away. There are many geodes and crystals placed throughout the space and lots of art and statues from worldly travels. I have decorated with relaxation and comfort in mind. Please note that the space may not be suitable for small children because of the presence of valuable crystals on the floor. These should not be moved or touched.
Both bedrooms are upstairs. The "blue" room has a writing desk if you need to get some work or writing done. The master has an epic mountain view, a large walk-in closet, and a door to the bathroom. The bedside lamps have charging capabilities and one of the bedside tables in the master has a charging dock in the back of it.
There is no washer and dryer available for guest use.
The heat and air conditioning are controlled by the wall thermostat in the living room. Please be mindful of the earth and my pockets by turning the air conditioning off when you leave the house and the heat to 60 when not home. Also, please do not crank the A/C or heat. Be reasonable and know that we are in the mountains. We wear sweaters inside in the winter and leave the house around 70. And in the summer, we open the windows at night and only use the A/C in the middle of the day.
The kitchen is all set up with everything you need to cook a great meal. I provide dishes, dish towels, pots and pans, coffee and tea. If you use the french press for coffee, do not put coffee grounds down the sink (small soft items only in the sInk disposal). Also, if you cook, use the stove fan and open windows to keep the house from smelling like cooking odors. There will be an extra cleaning charge if the house is left strongly smelling of food. (Cook bacon in the oven on a foil-lined baking sheet at 400 degrees).
This stunningly decorated condo is a great base from which to explore Mt. Shasta and the surrounding area.
You will love the quiet neighborhood, location, and the space I have created with your comfort and happiness in mind. Enjoy!
Guests have access to unit B, the left unit of the duplex. Park only info front of the left garage door. Guests do not have access to the grounds of the A unit, which includes the pond area.
I live here in town and am available any time you have any questions or concerns. I'm at your service!
As far as Mt. Shasta goes, you could not be in a better location. You can walk to town in less than 5 minutes or to the Meadow or green space behind the property in seconds. The condo is located on a cul-de-sac so there is no through traffic. Access to to all the outdoor pursuits is also easy. Drive 15 minutes up the mountain to get to Bunny Flat or 7 minutes to Lake Siskiyou.
You can walk to town for all groceries and shopping, but will need a car to get to all the outdoor activities. There is a local bus that goes to neighboring towns, but does not take you were you really want to go-nature.
The radio antenna you see out the window in front of the mountain is not an issue, energetically. It has been tested and I have the results if you need reassurance.
Due to the presence of large crystals and stairs, the condo may not be suitable for children.
The kitchen cabinets are tacky to the touch. It’s not because they are dirty. I believe the finish got stripped and can’t figure out the solution!
The day before you arrive, I will send you a message with all the house info you need. It reiterates the house rules and other things to note about the house and looks like this:
You arrive tomorrow and we are all ready for you! Because this unit is brand new, It is super duper important to me that you have a wonderful time and leave me a great review. So, do not hesitate to contact me about about anything that may need attention and I will make it right!
-Check in: 4 PM
-Check out: 11 AM
The code to the door is XXXX. There is no key and it is a self check-in.
Please remember:
-No Smoking anywhere on the property
-No Shoes in the house
-No Pets anywhere on the property
I live right around the corner and may stop by to say "hello" or spruce up the garden.
TRASH: Trash day is Tuesday morning. I will usually come by and take it out to the curb, but if you see it hasn't gone out, please put it to the curb. Please bag all trash.
Sorry, we do not recycle. It simply does not work at the property. Feel free to take your recyclables with you or put them in with your trash.
Park on the left side of the driveway only or on the street. The other side of the driveway belongs to the A unit.
There is air conditioning and heat. To keep my prices reasonable for future guests and to be kind to the environment, turn the A/C off when you are not home. It cools down at night so open the windows at night and only use the A/C during the heat of the day.
In winter, keep the heat at a reasonable temp and turn it down to 65 when not home.
The fireplace is off limits. DO NOT USE. But there is a gorgeous crystal inside to admire and marvel at.
While we encourage you to hang in and use the kitchen, please do not cook strong-smelling and/or greasy splattering foods like fish in the microwave. If you feel the need to cook strong foods (like curry or bacon), open window and doors and turn the stove vent fan on. It is very difficult to remove cooking odors in the house. As a suggestion, cook bacon in the oven! Line a baking pan and cook at 400. It works great and is not messy.
Please do not leave dirty dishes and clean up after yourselves. Basically, leave the house and things in it where you found them.
Please keep quiet hours from 10PM to 8AM.

Angel House is great and the amount of care, thought and energy the owners put into the rental feels quite nurturing. Our request was taken care of right away too!
We felt that that advertising should have been more clear though. Angel House is set up for four guests, but there is an additional fee if there are more than two.

Very Welcoming
From the moment we walked in the door, my husband and I felt very comfortable. The condo was impeccably clean, and well lit with decorative lighting which was very welcoming. Philip and Lyly were wonderful hosts and good communicators; making sure we were settled in fine, and if there was anything we needed to let them know. The view of Mt. Shasta from the master bedroom was amazing! The place was brimming with good energy. It was my husband’s birthday, they acknowledged that by leaving a nice birthday card for him. We hope to be back to the area again and will certainly book this magical place.
