This end-unit vacation townhouse is located just off Kent Avenue in Bethany Pines. Three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen areas, and a deck and balcony. Guests will be conveniently located close to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown Bethany activities.

Could not use the kitchen, ants were everywhere including in the microwave. The back porch also could not be used, it was filthy. We booked a VRBO over a hotel so we could cook and feed our son who has a strict medical diet. We could do none of that. Additionally when we arrived we had to turn the water on and it smelled of dog. I would like to speak to someone about reimbursement for a portion of what we paid as it was NOT as advertised.

Fantastic location for the beach. The pool on-site perfect. Relaxing neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

Pros: Loved the location of this property. So close to Bethany Beach and boardwalk, and all of the local restaurants to Bethany. Easy to walk with 2 small kids in a wagon with all our beach gear. Also, access to community pool. Great time had by all! Loved the bunk beds. Kids had a blast all sleeping together. Had new washer and dryer in the unit to do laundry, when needed. Had access to Disney+ and Netflix, which was great. Cons: Family with young kids, eating out 3 meals isn't an option. Utensils for cooking were outdated, and no pan for cooking eggs. Clearly a very well maintained property; however, it is all outdated. Also, did not disclose in description, but there is a pet that stays on the property. For families, such as ours, that has a child with allergies to pet dander, this might be a deterrent, and should have been disclosed in the description. Pet fur from dog was visible in the master bedroom, and there were pet gates located around the property. No beach gear or sand toys available to use. Plan accordingly.

The location was great !walking distance to Bethany beach! My family and children had a great time in the beautiful townhome ! The only downside was the mattress of the king bed that is either too soft or need to be changed . The check in and out was smooth! Thank you for allowing my family to share this great experience in your home!
