Perfect for a family who'd love to be under one roof while still having space that is just theirs, Ursa Major offers a 3 bedroom condo-style living space, while Ursa Minor (found just below in the same home) offers an amazing studio apartment w/ main kitchen and living space large enough for everyone!

The alabaster exterior shines on Buttercup Street like the North Star. Perfectly located in the highly sought after Phase 1 of Watercolor, the home sits on a peaceful pocket park and is 1 block to Cerulean Park. When you want to visit the beach, it's a quick 1min bike ride to the Beach Club! Access to newly renovated Beach Club is included in your stay. The Boat House pool is a 2min walk from the home when you want to enjoy a pool w/ views of Western Lake.

Enter and exit Ursa Major or Ursa Minor w/out bothering anyone on other floors w/ private entry. Plan to settle in to study the night sky from the 3rd floor watchtower, which can be made totally dark for stargazing. Telescope available for enhanced experience!

The 1st floor studio apartment, Ursa Minor, features huge kitchen, spacious living room, full bath and plush queen sized lofted bed with privacy divider. Above, Ursa Major boasts 3 king sized bedrooms w/ cozy + comfortable nestled beds. 2 king bedrooms share a spacious full bath and the third, true primary California King suite has a private bath. Ursa Major guests can also enjoy their own large kitchenette and living space.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outside of the house has been updated. The bathrooms leave much to be desired. Reminded me of college dorm showers from 30 years ago. The A/C worked nice, and always a plus for a beach rental. If you are a regular in the area, it’s not the traditional watercolor inside beach house, so just be prepared for that. I’m not sure if eclectic is the right word, but it’s different. Having the main area downstairs was odd for us, but worked. It was not ideal for the couple that stayed in that bed because no door to their (bedroom). It’s in a good location and it was nice to bring our small dog.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Excellent location and things were clean and cute. The layout is a little odd and the main living space has a bedroom kind of in the middle of the space separated by a screen. We made it work but it's something to be aware of.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The property is quirky (having to go outside to go upstairs). Outside terraces are fabulous. Inside modern decor not my first choice. While clean and ready, the downstairs had a moldy odor probably due to a leak under the bathroom (should be easy to remedy). Upstairs was clean and fresh. Biggest drawback upstairs is lack of a place to put clothes for an extended stay. Only stayed two nights so we managed out of the suitcase.

This house worked great for our group. Aging parents downstairs away from the loud kids upstairs. The house is beautiful and in a great location close to the beach. Walking distance to everything. The house has a few small maintenance items that need addressing but nothing that prevents an enjoyable stay.

We had a great trip! This property was so unique and beautiful. It had everything that we wanted and needed. It was located within walking distance to all the main activities and the clubhouse. It was an absolute treat to stay here! We all enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Thank you!

The neighborhood is impressive. We spent a surprising amount of time on the bike trails. The beach was just a few blocks away. There were also great food trucks and shops nearby. We booked both units to get the entire home for our family. Great patios. Loved watching thunderstorms from the perch on the roof.

What a great way to say goodbye to your 20's and welcome your 30s ! Everythinng from the King size beds, large refrigerator, two living areas, next door to open grassy area, walking distance to Watercolor Beaches, pools and city center!!

From the porch, you can almost always watch the park and its many visitors. The house layout is odd but everyone slept comfortably.

This is a great property for multiple families. It is basically two separate living spaces and has plenty of room. It has just been updated, and the location can't be beat. We will look for it again next time we want to come to Watercolor!
